First time buying from freediver shop but so far so good. Packaging couldn't get better. Ontime delivery even with Christmas in full swing. Fins seem to be very well built for the price. Can tell these guys have there hearts in it. Have not gotten them wet yet to give a performance review but I will once I do. Just do your research on sizing. I noticed people's reviews like this one saying go down a size if going bear foot. So I did and they fit like a glove. Wife wants a pear if they perform good.

Took them 10 days to send the item, then to find out they’ve sent it from Ukraine which obviously isnt the best place to send items from atm. Item has been in Kyiv for 12 days so far and no sign of any movement. Probably wont see my items ever but I will update this when I get it.

Freediver Shop can supply excellent fins for underwater rugby. Catalog information is thorough and accurate except the sizing of Nemo fins is actually larger than listed. For example size 37 to 39 fits size 40.

Nach dem Reklamieren sehr, sehr eng sitzender UWR-Flossen (WaterWay XXL) wurde ich auf baldiges Weiten der Fusstasche durch mehrmaliges Tragen verwiesen. Nach 10 Monaten 1 bis 2 maligne Tragens pro Woche und zusätzlichem Einsatz von Holzleisten aus dem Schuhmacherhandwerk hat sich die Enge nicht wesentlich verbessert. Seit etwa 4 Monaten beginnen sich die Fersenbänder voneinander zu lösen. Auf eine Email vor einem viertel Jahr bekam ich noch nicht einmal eine Antwort.
Ich starte heute noch einen Versuch der Kontaktaufnahme und einer Lösung, danach wird ein Anwalt übernehmen.
Ich werde hier noch nicht mal mehr einen Schnorchel kaufen.

Shipped to the US. Stuck in NYC and then returned to the retailer. Shipped a second time arriving just before my travel plans.

The retailer was responsive to my inquiries but kept differing to tracking number which indicated the shipment had stalled.

The fast customer service reply to may complain about the protective film installation quality is worth appreciating.

Great but charged more than expected. The product is awesome and arrived fast. The agreed online price including shipping was displayed in NZ dollars as $581 NZD yet my card was charged $609 NZD. That's an additional $28 I was unknowingly charged. So this aspect was disappointing. Thanks.

Awesome to deal with, nothing was an issue, when a package was lost in transit , they promptly replaced the item and reset!

Great product, bought my carbon fins 3 years ago and use them about twice a month, still in great shape.

This is the 4th pair we get from the website (for a fellow diver) and haven´t had any issues with the product nor the process.

The constant email updates on the status of your purchase is great.

Didn’t come with rail clips for the fin inserts

I love the fins! Unfortunately, the foot pockets don't fit but returns are impractical having to pay postage back to Estonia. When online shopping, returns/exchanges are important to me so unfortunately, I don't see me ordering future LeaderFin products.

They answered my questions promptly and accurately. The fins and the socks are quality products. I ordered another set and look forward to getting them.

Great shop and very good customer service.

I had a big order, custom fins, extra parts, and a couple of diving socks.
Unfortunately, they forgot one of the items (one of the pair of diving socks) but they sent it with a courier to my house the next week, which is not granted since shipping to my country is normally very expensive - this is above and beyond great customer service (they could have just refunded, which was what I expected, but they actually sent another order out, the shipping cost itself is higher than that individual item alone).

Perfect, very recommended, will shop again!
