Great realiable service. Product was perfect.

Easy to deal with, quick delivery to NZ with good communication

I ordered 3 pair of fibreglass fins for my surf club. The timeline was a bit tight the state championships were about one month away. I enquired estimated delivery date after a week I placed the order, responded email quickly and offer me express delivery. Fins arrived 2 weeks before the championships.
Great customer service and good quality fins.

First time dealing with this company and they were awesome.
Their site is very user friendly and their customer service is outstanding. They were quick to respond to my questions and fins arrived earlier than estimated.
Overall it was a great experience. I would happily recommend to others and will use this company again in the future.

I am very grateful to FreedivingShop, for their way of getting involved with my problem, my old monofin broke two weeks after my federation control and they sent me my new monofin in less than two weeks. You guys made what I thought would be an impossible deadline and made my upcoming trip all the better for it! When I ordered my fins, I didn't realize that they would be made to order half the world away. Normally I'm a patient guy, but I had a trip (Cozumel!) in just 3 short weeks from the date of the order. I reached out to see if there's anything I could do to get the order faster. They got it it me in 2 weeks. Legends! Professional, fast, and quality products, what more can you ask for?

Products, Design and quality seems great so far.
Good customer support via email so far.
3 things I didnt like: 1. Execution, shipment and vat costs pretty much doubled the price tag, including extra vat from ukraine in swedish customs that came later and wasn't really brought to my attention when ordering. 2. The yellow lead weight 1kg photos didnt match reality. 3. Aluminum carabiner I ordered gold but received red color. I later saw there was a small note warning about that risk of getting another color =S =P.

The buying experience on their website was very good. The order was processed very quickly, and the oversea shipping was seamless (5 days to the USA) although relatively expensive (but reasonable considering the long distance/delivery time).
The only downside is the relatively slow interaction with the customer service for questions only via email.
I was very pleased with the product packaging and the quality of the freediving carbon fins that I purchased. Great value for the money.

Ich habe da Produkt "Lobster Freediving Neck Weight" im deutschen Webshop freedivershop.de gekauft.
Das Produkt kam 3 Monate später an mit einer zusätzlichen Rechnung über 61 Euro Zollgebühren, da es aus Moldawien gesendet wurde.
Auf der Produktseite oder der Bestellbestätigung gab es keinerlei Hinweis darauf dass das eine Bestellung aus dem EU-Ausland war oder eine lange Lierferzeit zu erwarten ist
Darauf habe ich den gebeten den Auftrag zu stornieren und das Geld zurück zu geben.
Das wurde abgelehnt mit dem Hinweis man könne mir nicht die Versandkosten von 57 Euro erstatten.

Ich habe das Produkt dort gekauft in der Annahmen bei einem deutschen Shop zu kaufen und fühle mich jetzt um 61 Euro betrogen.
Hätten ich das vorher gewusst hätte ich direkt beim Hersteller bestellt, was billiger ist.

Es gibt trotzdem 2 Punkt da zumindest der support per email erreichbar war.
