We’re sorry to hear that you found cancelling your subscription difficult.

All subscriptions can be easily managed through the Subscription Management section of your account, where both the pause and cancel options are clearly located and can be actioned within a few seconds. This allows customers to make changes to their subscription at any time directly from their account.

In addition, our customer service team are always on hand to help with any account changes or cancellations if a customer would prefer support with this.

We also provide guidance in our online help centre, which includes step-by-step information on how to manage or cancel a subscription.

We’re very sorry to hear that your first order didn’t arrive as expected, and we completely understand how disappointing that must have been after placing your order and waiting for delivery.

After reviewing the communication logs on your account, we can confirm that once we were notified by DPD that the delivery had unfortunately failed, our customer service team contacted you to explain the situation, issued a full refund for the order, and apologised for the inconvenience caused. Our priority in situations like this is to act quickly to ensure customers are not left out of pocket if a courier issue occurs, and this was processed as soon as the failed delivery was confirmed.

While delivery is handled by our courier partner DPD, we absolutely recognise that the experience still reflects on us as a business, and we always aim to resolve these situations as fairly and promptly as possible for our customers. We’re sorry to hear that you felt the communication and resolution did not meet your expectations on this occasion.

Our customer service team have since reached out to you again with a follow-up email in the hope that we can speak with you directly and see if there is anything further we can do to help resolve the situation.

We would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to assist further and hopefully provide you with a much better experience in the future.

We’re really sorry to hear that your first experience with us didn’t live up to expectations. That’s certainly not the standard we aim to deliver, especially when it comes to the quality, flavour, and overall presentation of our meals.

Your feedback about the vegetables and overall appearance is really helpful, and we’ll be sure to pass this on to our kitchen and quality team to review. While some of our vegetables are cooked to retain a bit of bite and nutrients, they definitely shouldn’t feel undercooked or detract from the meal experience. We’re also disappointed to hear the meals didn’t match the expectations set by what you saw on our website.

We’re really sorry to hear that some of the meals didn’t meet your expectations, especially the meat. This isn’t the standard we aim to deliver. All of our meals are prepared using premium ingredients and carefully selected meat suppliers to ensure the highest quality and flavour.

We haven’t received any other feedback of this nature, so we can only treat this as an isolated incident.
