Looks very good and fits perfect in my hallway. Easy to put together. The only drawback is if you have shoes with a heel or trainer boots you will have to take a shelf out to fit them in so won't be able to store so many shoes. But it is sturdy and looks more expensive than it is

Quality cupboard for a good price
Easy to order online, and short delivery date. Kept well informed of delivery date and time. and item was as described. I was pleased with the shoe cupboard but found the instruction difficult to follow. Looked good when finished and holds more than 12 pairs of shoes and trainers. Because of the height and shallow depth it definitely needs to be fixed to wall but fittings aren't provided.

Very poor service, item broken, not resolved.
First I had a call to say the item I ordered had a broken mirror and they have it in white can I have that for 10% less. I wanted it in black, so I said no black please and I would wait for a new one to come in. 3 days later a black unit arrived with a broken mirror (so I can only conclude they sent it out knowing it was broken). Back and forward with customer service to find out the item is no longer being made and would I have it in white. No, I do not want white and so still waiting for them to sort it or refund me. This happened 3 weeks ago. I think anyone would be best to avoid this company.

Lies, Lies, more Lies...... Then Ghosted
Ordered a shoe cabinet on 23rd May, chased up a week later on 29th May as not delivered or heard anything, then received an email saying goods would be delivered 2nd June, it came and went, chased up again, 16th June email received saying order is on its way, Came and went, 22nd June followed up again, was told courier had definitely collected the goods from Furnicomp, 26th June email confirming courier has lost/misplaced the item . 1st July (after much patience) wasn't prepared to wait any longer for a supposedly lost order, requested a refund. 6th July no refund, no response to any emails chasing up my refund..... completely ghosted. This company sells empty promises, and I dont think they can possibly hold any stock. I also question the authenticity of their 5* reviews. Their business model seems to be, ignore the customer long enough, and they'll go away, without having to refund them. I had to contact my credit card company, who investigated and refunded me no problem. Just save yourself the hassle and do not buy from them!

We are sorry that your order was not delivered as expected, however, we feel it is important to clarify the circumstances for anyone reading this review.
Your order was dispatched and collected by the courier. When the courier subsequently failed to deliver the parcel, we immediately began investigating the matter with them. As explained to you at the time, this was a large, long parcel and was the last available piece of this particular item in our stock, meaning we could not simply dispatch another one while the original parcel was still potentially in the courier’s network.
On 26 June, we specifically explained that we had escalated the matter to a senior person at the courier and asked you to bear with us while we attempted to locate the parcel. You replied the following day confirming that you were happy to wait and asked us to keep you updated.
Once an item has been dispatched and is potentially still with the courier, we cannot simply issue a refund while simultaneously assuming the parcel may subsequently be delivered. We therefore needed to establish the position of the shipment first.
We completely understand that, after waiting for the order, you ultimately decided that you no longer wished to wait and pursued a refund through your card provider. However, the suggestion that we deliberately “ghosted” you, make “empty promises”, or operate a business model based on ignoring customers until they give up is simply not an accurate representation of what happened.
We did not fail to dispatch your order, nor did we have no stock as suggested. The order was dispatched and the issue arose after the courier had collected it. We also have no reason to question the authenticity of our customer reviews, and we strongly reject that suggestion.
We appreciate that the situation was frustrating and that you ultimately chose to pursue the matter through your card provider. However, we believe the correspondence demonstrates that we were actively investigating the missing parcel and communicating with you about it, rather than ignoring your concerns.
We are sorry that your experience ended this way, but we believe it is important to provide the full context behind this review.

Terrible delivery dates and flimsy furniture
Ordered a shoe cabinet and TV unit. No delivery date could not be provided on purchase so keep asking for one. They finally committed to a date and which was a month and a half away. The date finally came and I checked on it, only for them to push to the date another 2 weeks. Got to the new date and they pushed it again, only to finally say that every date they've given was when the furniture would come to their factory not an actual delivery date. When they finally confirmed a delivery date, it got moved again and they blamed the delivery company.
Throughout the whole process they were really bad with communicating delivery dates and sticking to them.
The furniture was extremely difficult to build and is so flimsy.
Would not order from them again.

Purchased online, and had been packaged so well it arrived intact. item is exactly as advertised (tall shoe cabinet) extremely well made, what’s more the build instructions were easily followed.
Can’t fault this purchase from order to delivery. The courier was outstanding as mentioned in a previous review 5*

Don’t bother ringing them the phone is…
Don’t bother ringing them the phone is always switched off, delivery was over 2 months, not good communication, no compensation for the wait time said week of 15th June then said by the 3rd /4th July and it didn’t come until 8th July when I ordered on the 18th May and estimated delivery was 28th May wouldn’t think it would then arrive in July when you pay over £250 for something you don’t expect to be so messed around and no compensation for it either had to chase them via email for updates only when I opened a PayPal case it was finally sent out that day and delivered the next day….

Ordered a hallway wardrobe on 16 May…
Ordered a hallway wardrobe on 16 May and was supposed to receive it at the end of May. Only received it on 5 July and the excuse was that this is due to ongoing disruptions affecting key shipping lanes in the Middle East, which has impacted supply timelines globally. I don’t believe this was true - this seems like a strategy to get money in advance then procure the furniture. When I asked for my money back as I could get this faster somewhere else, I was told that they cannot cancel this order as per their return policy which states an order which has been reserved for you cannot be cancelled once 7 days have passed since it was placed. Lies again.
When the wardrobe finally arrived, this is actually good quality, however beware that the assembling instructions are very unclear and parts are not labelled so prepare for a huge headache.

To provide some context regarding the timeline, global shipping routes have faced unprecedented disruptions due to the ongoing conflicts in the Middle East, which severely delayed the transit of components coming from the Far East. We did our best to monitor these external delays and proactively update all affected customers as we received new timelines from our freight forwarders.
Regarding the labeling of the parts: we completely understand how labels can be helpful during assembly. However, because our furniture is manufactured in European factories, it is standard industry practice not to place individual stickers or labels on every component. Instead, the detailed, step-by-step assembly guide is designed to help identify the pieces by their specific dimensions and pre-drilled holes.
We always want to ensure our customers can successfully build their furniture. If you are still working on the assembly and having trouble identifying any pieces, please contact our support team —we would be more than happy to guide you through the manual step-by-step.

Lovely units
I bought 2 units from furnicomp rather than through b&q so much cheaper! Yes I was waiting quite along time for delivery, but I did have 3 emails during my wait, which kept my mind at ease that it was going to be delivered, I had a text with delivery date which I couldn’t do, so I emailed and I got a phone call the next day, we made a plan for the delivery for the original delivery date, I got a text and phone call on delivery day and they came really early which was great as I was still in! Units are great! Put them up on my own and I’m not an expert it took 1 half hours each one, delivery guy was also a nice guy, I think the delivery guys get a bad rep on here, he carried 4 boxes to my door, then one by one I put them into my house, I’m happy with my order thank you ☺️
