Gala Tent レビュー

Great product and excellent customer service

Buy replacement parts is so easy the staff are friendly helpful and courteous always a pleasure to deal with (replacement parts were required due to user error not product quality)

Darren gave me excellent advice as to the best gazebo suitable for my SMART Mobile Car repair business. The gazebo arrived within 2 days of me ordering it. I am delighted with the quality of the product as it is extremely well made and definitely suitable for purpose. Delighted!

Excellent all round.

An excellent company and product and It’s truly British
All their videos and support is excellent
I was on my own and put up the 4m x 6m Elite in 3 hrs with a little music in the background to help me along.
This product may well outlive me.

Great Customer service. Goods ordered on Monday and were delivered on Tuesday

Customer service is friendly and helpful, gives good advice too. Quick delivery and products are good value for money. We use our marquees nearly all year round and they can deal with the weather. We have the marquee lights too and they are bright enough to light up the inside. Highly recommend this company.

We had our tent for less than a month before the wind destroyed it. It was so bent in on itself that we needed to cut it apart as bolts all twisted. Unfortunately we never received any instructions, the cartoon YouTube video wasn’t very clear and there was no aftercare such as taking walls off in high winds or any other advice. Before it was destroyed, there was large pools of water on multiple spots on the roof. Terrible experience for us and a £5300 mistake

Replacement cover, very quick delivery

Excellent service from Gala Tent. Good advice, a great price and super-fast delivery makes for a very happy customer.

Great product and good service and advice prior to order. Would recommend to anybody.

Great product arrived next with all parts included. This company is very helpful and everything is manufactured to a very high standard.

excellent service thank you very much

Really helpful company who could supply a spare marquee part years after it was bought. The item arrived within two days and was a really good price compared with similar items on the internet. Remarkable. Fantastic customer service.

Cover as expected. Bought original many years ago and it’s still great. The only reason I’m buying a new cover is because I stored the original badly and it got chewed beyond repair. A great product.

A company that you can trust, a great product and exceptional customer service.

Great service

i bought a Gala marquee some 12 years ago.it goes up every year and is strong and reliable.wear and tear over the years has meant that I have had to replaces parts of it and these have always been easy to find and order.the designn is simple and robust so putting up the gala only takes two people a few hours.a very good investment

An impressive gazebo that will be very easy to put up next time, having learned from our first attempt. We used it for a two day event, erecting it in windy conditions two days before and dismantling it the following day. Although two (experienced) people are enough for erection, in windy conditions it was useful to have a third person to hold it once the roof canopy was in place. Knowing the exposed location, we bought the heavy duty pegs to go through the footplates and the ground bars to make sure the legs were correctly spaced and the structure rigid. We used one peg to secure the windward side leg and the other three as soon as the ground bars were in place. The pegs had a curved top that also kept the ground bars from rising up when the wind tried to bend the side panels. Each side has a long pocket for the ground bars and must have the bars threaded through. The bottom skirts are a great feature that stops wind blowing underneath. We did not need the water bag weights and the tie down kit is good quality.
Our old cheap gazebo, which we put up alongside, looked very sad in contrast! We are likely to buy a second Gala Tent for the event next year. To increase light, we might buy some extra side panels with windows. It would also make a good camping tent! Definitely worth the money.
