Went in to buy a new tent for camping wanted something bigger than my others and didn’t know what route to go down to find the best one. Cammy helped us tons made sure that everything was perfect for what I wanted and i ended up getting the best tent for me. Big thanks to cammy.

Karen helped me with picking hiking boots today. She was great at explaining what is the best way to check if boots are right for your feet. I also tested the inclines within the shop whilst wearing the boots. I was advised to wear the boots within my house to ensure they were fully suitable before wearing outside incase I needed to change them

Karen was fantastic and helped me choose a comfy new pair of shoes! She gave good detailed explanation of what to look out for and perks of the different shoes. Great service and made my experience at go outdoors an extremely positive one.

Came today to purchase a tent. The one I wanted wasn't in stock. Spoke to assistant Ross, he told me there was a delivery due anytime. It arrived shortly after and Ross made a point of getting the tent for me from the delivery. Excellent customer service, thank you Ross. From Aaron.

I was in this morning looking for a few things and thankfully Emma was on hand and really easy to talk to. She took me around the shop giving me quick demonstrations on how to use the items I needed and made sure I left with the confidence in knowing how to use them as well.

Served by Cammy who was excellent, friendly and very helpful. Great that you can see tents erected and have a wee walk inside them to get a proper feel for them. Everything you need for the great outdoors under one roof 👍

Needed some advice about tent porches. Ross and Steve were more than happy to oblige in answering any questions we had, offered advice and overall left us feeling confident in what we needed. The guys and girls in the Coatbridge store are always friendly and willing to spend some time to get you exactly what you need.

Robbers after spending over £600 charged a member another membership greedy greedy company shop useless online help is the worst ever and it took them 2 weeks online reply aviod like the plague never be back

Lack of staff at the time I visited trying to get a pair of boots that was not on display.
Very helpful staff

I was up to collect a phoxx1 tent, Ross told me to ask for him.
He took me straight to the display model and that let me compare it with the other choice of the Bobcat.
I opted for the Bobcat 1 man tent because of the advice from Ross.

Karen was the best - very helpful and patient as I tried on a bunch of hillwalking boots, and gave me really good tips :)
Wish there were more patrol boot options than just Magnums though!

Karen was patient n professional while attending to me. She offers great advice as to how to choose a pair shoes..n also whether the choice of colour would suit me better as casual (which I'm looking for) or hiking. Besides the offer price was just affordable in view of today's rising cost. She attended to me when I bought my previous pair of outdoor shoes.

We were looking to buy all the things we needed for a camping trip with our 2 boys. We knew nothing… haha. The staff at the store were brilliant. They took lots of time with us to help us make our decision and gave loads of good advice - not just knowledgable about the products but also great hints and tips in general. They made the process really easy and I’m confident in the purchases we made and really looking forward to our trip. Emma was super helpful and really knowledge. Kirsteen was also super helpful. I will definitely be going back there for anything we need.

We were helped by Cammy. He was very informative and it was obvious that he had an extensive product knowledge. He was able to provide alternative ideas, and made clear assessments of our choices that made it easier to envisage our camping experience. Fantastic customer service.
