Excellent service from start to finish. Great initial call to talk through product, delivery and availability.
Arranged delivery within 3 days at a good price. Other companies quoting more and much longer delivery times.
Guys that delivered were extremely efficient and pleasant. Assembled the product and took away boxes.
I don’t normally do reviews, but this company deserves the praise.
Thank you

Good Company and delivery men, I would recommend them, so five stars from me.

Very happy with the service we received from this great family company, much better than the big companies .we had purchased two Recliner chairs which were superb quality, and have just purchased two Parker Knoll.chairs, delivered on time and with great care
We will continue to buy from HAYNES,5 STAR

Excellent service throughout our experience with Haynes.

Very happy and would recommend this company. We recently purchased a riser/recliner. It was the best price, by far the best delivery date. The staff delivering were exactly on time, friendly, courteous, kind and helpful. In all, a great customer experience. Thank you.

The Ercol chest of draws are of great quality as expected. The service from Hayes was without fault, with great communication and the delivery staff were courteous and helpful.
Would use this company again.

Very happy with our new sideboard, looks fantastic, good quality. Excellent service and prompt replies from Haynes.

Extremely pleasant experience to use company. Very helpful staff, good communication, fast and free delivery, good prices. Will strongly recommend

Very pleasant experience using this company. Everyone I spoke to were helpful. Good communication on my order, which was delivered within the expected time limits.
The two men who delivered the furniture also very good and took all the packaging away too.
Would definitely recommend.

Amazing service and price and I would not hesitate to recommend. We had 2 sofas delivered to Devon and it all went perfectly.

Easy to do business with Haynes, secured just what we wanted at an excellent price. Prompt delivery to the timescales agreed and a very good, courteous service by the lads who delivered the furniture. Should I need more furniture, I will happily go to Haynes.

We found an armchair that we wanted locally but couldn't get delivery for 3 months. We saw the same chair at Haynes on ebay at a great price and paid over the phone. Took delivery of the chair, in perfect condition, the following day. Fantastic service at a competitive price.

This is by far and away the best way to buy furniture. Prices are good and service is excellent. Would recommend this seller to anyone. Thanks very much.

I was looking for a Wood Bros. sofa and chair for my elderly mother. After much looking around I found the ones I wanted advertised at Haynes which we purchased. We saved hundreds of pounds by dealing with them. Service was amazing, staff very helpful and their deliver service was great too. I would definitely buy from them again.

Great service from ordering with Steve and Carl to delivery with Luke and Baz, fantastic prices too!

The ordering process and delivery were entirely painless and simple. Although not the fault of Haynes, my order was late - and I had to chase them rather than them telling me. Overall though would use again.

Great service throughout the whole process. New Ercol chest of drawers delivered by two fab chaps who placed it just where needed. It arrived in excellent condition. I could not have asked for better and will happily recommend.

Good price for a single Ercol chair and speedy delivery to Edinburgh. I would have bought the full dining set from Haynes if I had spotted them sooner! Will know the next time …

We have shopped with this Company before and found them most helpful and courteous. On both occasions the goods have been extremely good value and the delivery experience was very efficient.
