Really disappointed with the service and suitcases I have received. One arrived and the whole lining was not straight and looked ridiculous. Not acceptable for a £165 case. They collected it and a second case arrived where there were dirt marks all over the inside, the lining was still all creased and there were loads of threads pulled out. I contacted them saying I wanted a refund, they’ve said they’ll collect the case however I’m working everyday and they can’t give me a specific time with the courier. It has caused so must stress in my life over errors on their behalf. Would definitely recommend just getting a suitcase elsewhere. Not worth the money

Horrendous service and cheap products with no care taken with dispatch. Since January I have received 2 damaged cases. Original arrived with scuffed lettering, we were advised to remove it and apply a new one ourselves. Sent that back and replacement was received with a large scratch on the top. Have been accused by HB London of using the case despite it being in the box and dustbag for MONTHS, so now refund request has been refused. Im dealing with trading standards and citizens advice now as I am livid. This was a gift for my 30th from my husband, not quite the service or product he expected for such a special gift.

Horrific customer service, been waiting nearly 3 weeks for delivery, no reply to emails....will not order from this company again!

Ordered a phone case from here and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement! Absolutely shocking quality! For the money you pay you would not expect a cheap plastic phone case to turn up! I had to use the phone case as a temporary case as I didn’t have one for my new phone but it is so bad that it’s actually cut my little finger where I have held my phone. I would not recommend this product to anyone! Would not of even paid £5.00 for it.

I ordered the personalised ear pods in navy on 7 October as a gift for my partner and these were due to be dispatched by 22 October at the latest. Unfortunately I hadn’t heard anything by 23 October so I emailed for an update on my order and the member of staff who replied was really apologetic and very helpfully chased this up with the supplier. I received my order the following day but unfortunately this was in a different colour to what I’d ordered so I immediately contacted the member of staff who had previously helped and she came back to me the same day to confirm the earpods would be sent out in the correct colour at no extra cost. I received the correct EarPods the following day and they’re just as I’d expected! I’ve only given 4 stars due to the issues I had but I cannot fault the customer service, my problems were solved immediately and the member of staff who helped was sincerely apologetic which was a lovely change from most customer service teams. Thanks for the product and the great customer service

Poor quality - zero after care service; zip broken twice and no one to help repair - comms too slow and inconsistent - customer does all the chasing

In love with my suitcase and will 100% be buying more.... I can’t wait to just jet away with it. Even though it took a while to come they always kept me updated due to the COVID-19 situation... very on top of everything. Thank you

I was brought a suitcase as a gift. After 2 uses the case has broke and they would not do anything about it. I was told it was not covered in the warranty. They are build poorly and have no protection at all. I can’t for the life of me understand how so many celebrities can promote their “HB London” products when they are so rubbish.

Not at all impressed with the customer service second email today and still no reply. Ordered a suitcase for my sons birthday in plenty of time for tomorrow and no sign of it. Why do companies expect the customer to be happy with poor service, totally disappointed with them. They took the 153 pounds quickly though.

I emailed to let Hb know my sons EarPods wasn’t working . I got a very quick response to try a reset them . When this didn’t work I emailed again informing Lizzy of this so they said they would send a replacement . The overall service I received from Lizzy was brilliant her customer service was above and beyond !

Purchased 2 phone cases, Great quality and really happy with them, might have to get the suitcase to match now.

Looks fantastic and very happy with the suitcase. Thank you to Lizzy for her help sorting out a delay and getting it to us in time for a special birthday.

No customer service, they never get back to you. Stitching came undone after one use. Terrible quality so don’t buy unless your happy to waste your money.

This was a gift for my nieces 16th Birthday, she loved it especially the customisation HB offer.

Customer service non existent. They have not responded to my email.
The product is average quality, cheap looking finish. Their company logo is very large and printed on the back underneath my initials so tbh it looks like promotional merchandising for their company. If I wanted a logo phone case I would buy a designer one for example balenciaga, kenzo..I will buy elsewhere and discard this one.
