Amazing service. Great product. The EarPods broke (no fault of HB London, it was manufactures of the EarPods) I messaged and they sorted out the issue right away. The sound quality of them is great and the personalised case is perfect. Wouldn’t change a thing and would definitely buy from them again!

Very bad customer service. Received my suitcase and 2 weeks later the zip started threading away from the suitcase. After a month of chasing HBlondon they finally got back to me saying this wasn’t covered in the warrantee. Suitcase had been used once. Very sad as they self beautiful cases just poor quality. Do not waste your money on these

I was very disappointed with my purchase as it doesn’t even look like my name, it’s only 4 letters, so surely it can’t go so wrong! I queried it and was told that this was the font. End of.

Wish I had checked these reviews before purchasing the suitcase as a Christmas gift. The suitcase arrived without the plastic protection on the front and had several scratches. Fast forward 3 months and we are still no further forward to getting the issue resolved. Like others have stated the customer service is shocking. Lizzy who deals with emails is extremely unprofessional in her responses. Avoid and buy elsewhere!

Excellent product and customer service. I purchased 3 cases and a phone cover for Christmas presents. Had a problem with lettering on one . Emailed a lovely girl called Lizzie who couldn’t do enough for me to sort it. Would not hesitate in recommending them .

Very easy shopping experience apart from too much choice and wanting to buy every single item!
I have purchased hand luggage size suitcase with my initials in a leopard print. I'm very impressed with the quality and the finish.
Will definitely buy more things in the future

Phone case broke after 1 month's use. Contacted on 6 different occasions both via email and Instagram messages over a period of 5 months. Finally got a response to my last contact. After the hassle of all that they wouldn't even give me a refund of £34. Insisted I have a replacement (which I told them I didn't want), and called it a "gesture of good will". I imagine their celebrity customers wouldn't have any trouble getting a refund if they asked for one.

HB london are outstanding, I would highly recommend the products and customer service.
