I have been wearing extensions for almost 7 years now and I have tried it all. I received my Hidden Crown Hair about a year and a half ago and have bought more since then. The color range is the largest I have ever seen which I appreciate because I sometimes feel like it’s hard to match certain shades of blonde. I also have emailed them multiple times with questions and their customer service got back to me within hours! I’m so satisfied with this company and will continue to order from them! I will also recommend them to all my friends and family!

I have been wearing hair extensions for 10+ years, and tried everything from clips, bonds, and beads. Once I discovered Hidden Crown, I never went back. I’ve been wearing Hidden Crown for over a year and I love it. The hair quality is amazing, saves me so much time getting ready, and my hair has grown out so healthy. I highly recommend this hair! The price and quality are the best!

Hidden Crown is the best hair extensions I’ve ever worn. There are so many options and the quality is impeccable. They have great customer service and you get so much with your order. I now only wear and trust Hidden Crown and highly recommend their products to everyone I know.

I am a hidden crown customer for life. I have two different sets of extensions... one I’ve had for 2 years, and one I’ve had for 4 YEARS!! And they still look amazing. I get compliments on them all the time. No one has any idea they are extensions. The quality of the hair, and the color of the blonde ones I get is perfect!!! Not too yellow, and not too ashy. I love being able to have normal hair on a work days and then be able to put a set in (in under 5 mins) and have long hair!! I recommend to anyone and everyone.

Love this hair! Arrived fast and easy to do myself in a minute with no damage like other hair extension methods I used. Honestly the best hair quality I have ever used - A+++++ ! Thank you Hidden Crown for amazing service and an awesome product - I’m ordering another one to keep straight and this one curly.

The halo is so incredibly itchy! I’ve had all kinds of extensions without issues (clip in/tape ins) but this halo I can’t even wear for longer than 2 min. I contacted the company and they said that’s to be expected and they offer zero refund or exchange! So, we’re supposed to pay almost $500 for extensions that torture us for as long as we are wearing it?! I bought it and wore it for only 2 min realizing it was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever worn. The dumbest money I ever spent. Buyer beware! DO NOT BUY!!!

Waste of Money

I have lost a lot of hair due to an autoimmune disorder. Clip in hair extensions were very uncomfortable and I always worried about clips showing through, so I went ahead and ordered from Hidden Crown. I purchased two 12" Hidden Crown Extensions- one of which I intended to curl, but the extensions don't hold curl well. If you even try the extensions on, you cannot return them. The quality was good, but my issue was with the wire and fitting. If you have a smaller or flatter head and thin hair, these will NEVER work for you! Their customer service agents rather rudely assured me that the fault was my own, even though I sent photos in beforehand of my hair and head shape. I posted about my experience on their Facebook page but it was deleted twice. Think twice before ordering from this company, and try on cheaper wire extensions and see if they work for you before making such an expensive purchase.

unbearable. it has been 2.5 months and i have still not received my extensions. disgusting service. NEVER i repeat NEVER buy again.

After scouring the internet, I could only find good reviews about the hidden crown halo style extension. So I went ahead and bought the daydream in color 60/8p in 14-inch length. Here is the glitch - there is no way you can try on the hair to see if you like how it feels or can even tolerate it on your head without paying for it. They won't let you return it if you remove it from the packaging.

Even though the color wasn't a perfect match, I figured it would blend once I got it under my own hair, which it did. It took me at least 2 hours of watching tutorials & practicing to even fit it on my head, and I'm still not sure I was wearing it the correct way. It's really hard to tell how far down on your head it should go. And the wire/bead contraption it comes with makes it very difficult to use.

Well, I finally got it on, and headed out to run some errands to put it to the test of wearing in public. OMG... I could not stop itching! Why, in all the reviews I read and watched on Youtube, did NO ONE tell me how badly this thing itches! Something is seriously wrong with this product or the weft. I have worn full on wigs that don't itch this much. I couldn't stop messing with it, pulling hair above it & below it, and wanting to adjust it. It just did not feel right on my head. I was also afraid that if my thin hair accidentally parted in the back, everyone would see it.

So now, here I am, $212 later, with a product I can neither wear nor return. The extension looks like it is made up of 4 different wefts of hair sewn together to make one big weft. I guess I will try to take it apart to use the individual wefts as clip-in extensions by sewing in my own clips.

Oh, and I couldn't even find anywhere online to leave a review. Of course their website only posts the positive reviews.

I ordered from Ireland and they arrived in 2 days! They’re amazing quality, easy to use, beautiful and when I posted a pic of them on Instagram I had them repost it, and replied to my dm! Overall the most amazing experience ❤️❤️❤️

Extremely unsatisifed on how I got scammed out of 375 dollars for low quality hair extensions.

I was nice to all of you and explained I’d purchase again if you came out with a different product that was easier

I lost 375 dollars due to your employees not knowing how the return policy works or whatever.

I’m disgusted that you are scamming young women like this and I’m sure I won’t be the first or the last.

On top of that, no refund issued to my account and I have no hair extensions. Its been over a month, if not almost two months.Not that I don’t want them anyways. I will be telling everyone about what they did.

Got the "expert colour match" and then received the wrong colour by a long shot... told it was my fault because my photo was not realistic....when it was perfectly representative of my hair colour and the hair sent is what didn't match..... So I have to pay shipping for their mistake....fine. Then received my next hair in the right colour but I immediately noticed something different and wrong with it. I ordered the double drawn halo extension and this one I received was no where close to being double drawn. There was an inch difference from the top of the hair circumference to the bottom where most of the hair tapered around 7 inches up from the ends! and when I bend the hair you can see all the shorter pieces sticking out (therefore not double drawn!) I sent the company this information including pictures and they basically said I'm lying, there's nothing wrong with the extensions, and I will have to pay to ship back the (defective) product if I want a refund... Oh and didn't offer an exchange, just told me to go find another brand. Great customer service........

When I first purchased hidden crown hair extensions earlier in the year, I received the perfect platinum blonde shade (#60) that was excellent quality. It looked completely natural and real and I fell inlove with them. The hair was was thick and beautiful. However, I ordered the exact same thing earlier in the week (platinum blonde #60, 18 inch) and recieced something completely different and became instantly disappointed when I opened the package and took out the hair. I felt like there could be no way this was happening. The hair had a yellowish tint to it, it was way thinner than what I had received last time, and it looked like costume hair (unnaturally straight and hard to curl). It looked synthetic. The last extensions I bought had a slight natural wave to it, which made it look natural and beautiful. I will be sure to never order from this company again. A $240 purchase, I could of gotten the same poor quality hair extensions from Sally's for a $100. I am confused, I don't know if the company changed how they make the hair and the quality changed or I got ripped off with defective extensions. I already opened the package (not being able to tell from the outside how they looked and felt), so I can't make a return.

The hair is really expensive but well made. As for the service, I only emailed them once but never received a response. The delivery was super fast and packaged well. I would recommend this company as I have placed three orders with them and never had any issues.

The hair quality looks like it will hold up. I ordered both a topper and the halo. I have very fine hair.

My issue is with the topper. It doesn't have a lace front, so there are no baby hairs to make it look natural. The 'cap' doesn't fit to your head properly. There are large gaps between the topper and your real skull/head. You would need to add several more clips to try to hold it down to look natural.

It shifts around. The clips are not conducive for people with very fine hair. They are too large. I wear many toppers and have tried several brands/products of varied price over the years. My last topper (closure) for 50 dollars fits much better than this, unfortunately. You can see the seem of the topper. I have taken a picture of it and it looks ridiculous.

This was an 800 dollar purchase for me to use daily and unfortunately it looks like costume hair. Maybe this particular top piece was defective? And they are not all like this? I'm sadly disappointed.

I placed an order that I subsequently cancelled an hour after I placed it. After directly requesting a refund they emailed me to inform me they would be issuing me a refund. A day later my bank informed me that not only did they not issue a refund but they duplicated my order! They have stolen $700 from me and they have no contact details except an email address! Fraudulent company avoid at all costs! Absolutely disgraceful!
