Absolutely horrible. Delivery estimates are a lie. Follow up to "help" line provides more lies. Project delayed, contractors rescheduled due to Home Depot lies. I cannot believe how absolutely horrible this experience has been. I used the website to benefit from delivery as some items are heavier than I am comfortable with. I will NEVER use the website to make a purchase again. It is too bad that a rating of ZERO is not possible.

The managers and people of home depot that have the responsability to deal with their customers and resolve issues are sadly, very badly in need of training. They do not have the mimimum idea what customer service is. Starting at store level and unfortunately when matters are escalated even all kind of promises to take care of the situation and we will call you back( WITH MY EXPIERENCE I NEVER RECIEVED A RETURN CALL THAT I WAS PROMISED MORE THAN ONE TIMES BY AARON AND JOSH} This experience
with home depot has left much to be desired. I no longer have any faith in the establishment or their staff at store level or their so call head office. I feel deceived and lied to by people whom are supposedly managers ,Aaron and Josh specifically. You guys are a liability
to he business you represent. Woefully lacking in the minimal meaning of the concept of customer service. With the expierence i have had at store and head office level I must say I will never return or ever do business with home depot ever again.Even though i am but one single customer i predict due to my expierence with your staff at all levels of management many,many,many customers will become ex customers.

Nous avons acheté notre comptoir chez Home dépot Rue Jules - Verne a Ste Foy. La finition du comptoir est horrible, il y a des cassures le long du comptoir. Et même après leur avoir envoyer vidéo et photos, ils m'on courtoisement envoyer me promener en me disant que pour eux, tout était parfait. Tellement déçu, surtout après avoir économiser des années pour avoir une belle cuisine.

More than disappointed - I am angry and insulted. Doing bathroom renos a few weeks ago my contractor ordered 2 Kohler toilets from Home Depot Orleans, Ontario, Canada and paid for delivery. We waited weeks for the toilets to be delivered - tracking the delivery on their tracker was a nightmare as the delivery date kept changing, and Home Depot Customer service could not help. On June 24th only ONE toilet was delivered even though in bold black lettering on the box it clearly showed that there should be TWO boxes. To add insult to injury, the one toilet that was delivered was broken in the box. Of course no one can reach anyone at Home Depot to help and we were told that the delivery service is separate from the store and they don't respond to customers. Trying to get this sorted out is extremely frustrating and we are still waiting for service. In the meantime we are stuck with one broken toilet and one missing one. This takes the bathroom renos weeks behind schedule. WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM HOME DEPOT AGAIN UNLESS IT IS IN STOCK AND READY FOR IMMEDIATE PICKUP.

I have been a customer of Home Depot in Bowmanville for many years now. Staff are well trained at this store and if they can't answer your question they always seek extra help/support. I walked into electrical section today and there was a staff person walked by me and asked what I was looking for. He immediately showed me what I wanted, he was pleasant, kind. Keep up the good work Home Depot Bowmanville.

We ordered a sink on line and were given 3 different delivery dates. We were never called and we ended up at the Tuscany store on June 10 when we were told that the sink arrived in Calgary broken. It was returned to the supplier but we were never contacted to be advised that the item wasn't coming, no further sink was ordered to replace the one we were waiting for. We are very disappointed.

The order was never delivered. I took a day off when it was supposed to be delivered but nothing. Then they were unable to set a delivery date. After a week I asked to cancel the order , it's been another week and still waiting for a refund. Nobody answering the phone when you press ''2" for cancellation. What a scam .. ! You can be sure I will never order anything from home depot again. they are thieves.

I am extremely disappointed with their online order. I ordered a vanity with counter top they told me it will arrive on Tuesday but never came. I took time off that day but in vain. Called them the next day i called and asked them where is my order they can't give me an answer. And I called again this morning they still can't tell me when it will arrive. I am a senior this this causing me health problems dealing with frustration and anxiety. I will never shop online again with them. It is a scam.

I ordered tools online and needed them fast. They were supposed to ship within two days. Ten days later they still hadn't shipped although they were in stock according to the site. I contacted customer service and they told me they'd ask for more info and update me by email. They didn't update me. I contacted customer service again and they told me the item was temporarily out of stock but would be shipped when available. I asked them to cancel the order and refund me, they assured me they would within 24-72h but they didn't. I just received an email stating my item has shipped, but in the meantime I bought it elsewhere because I needed it badly. Don't buy online from them if you're in a hurry. Not everything is in stock and customer service is beyond useless.

Yet another lousy “ profits over everything “ mentality. Shame on all Home Depots for reversing Pride event sponsorships. Shame.

Service de livraison deficient. Commande passe le 20 mai on est rendu le 5 juin et toujours pas recu mon chauffe eau qui est pourtant a plus de 20 exemplaire en stock dans le magasin... J'ai appele a maintes reprise pour avoir un statut sur la livraison car le site indique rien sur l'avancement de la commande on m'as dit que je devrais le recevoir le 5 juin mais finalement rien recu ce jour la...J'ai encore passé un appel et je me suis fais dire que cela pouvait encore prendre 5 jours ouvrables pour le recevoir... J'ai pris une journee de travail pour rester chez moi pour etre la a la livraison et mon installateur devrait venir pour l'installer... Donc pour resumer eviter Home depot pour la livraison de gros objets...

Personnel non compétent et manque de professionnalisme alors que la compagnie est dans le tort.

I purchased a patio door online on April 20th, order number 237946482. According to the Home Depot website, the door was shipped on April 29th and was supposed to arrive on May 2nd, which never happened. We contacted Home Depot repeatedly by phone but never received a solution to our problem. Days later, on May 14th, we received a call from the carrier Day & Ross in order to schedule an appointment for the door's delivery. We agreed that it would be on May 16th. For this purpose, someone would have to be at the house to sign for it. I then had to take time off work. The door never arrived. We called Home Depot, but that didn't help, so we went directly to the nearest warehouse for assistance. We spoke with the supervisor, Heather Anna Townsend, who was very kind and willing to help us. The next day, she called us and said she had done her best to resolve our problem but didn't have much authority since the purchase was made online. On May 23rd, Day & Ross contacted us to schedule another appointment for May 26th, which meant another day off work, and the door didn't arrive. Another visit to the warehouse. Another supervisor (Mike), etc. On May 27th, I called Day & Ross, and to my surprise, someone answered. I asked the usual questions. They told me that I would receive the door that day before 5 p.m. The truck driver arrived at 4:30 p.m., and my wife was home to receive it and sign for it, but the driver wasn't able to get the door out.
I arrived home shortly after, and the driver was waiting for someone to show up. I had to help him remove the door, and then, along with my wife, daughter, and the driver, we dragged it to the garage entrance.
Yes, the door finally arrived, but this experience marked a turning point for the positive opinion we had of Home Depot and its ineffective approach to solving these problems. I did business with Home Depot, not with the door manufacturer or the shipping company. That's why Home Depot must take full responsibility for everything that happened and correct the logistics failures of these intermediaries, which are becoming a disgrace to its reputation.

I was recently in the Dufferin and Steeles Home Depot, and I received outstanding service from Radika, as I was looking for some small house plants. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and went above and beyond. She was very pleasant to talk to and gave good tips and suggestions. She chose a lovely plant for me to purchase. Thankyou Radika! You`re the best!!

Better policies and appropriate training to staff and supervisors. Test shipping procedures to reduce damage in shipping.

Just came back from Home Depot (Pinebush , Cambridge), I believe the cashiers' name is Debbie. It looked like Debbie was about to miss scanning a couple of items , or at least to me it looked like it. I said ,"oh you didn't scan theses items!"(since her back was turned away from the items.) She immediately blasted me with both her hands raised, palms facing me and told me that she knows what she is doing, blah, blah blah. Wow! I though I was being kind and considerate but she definitely told me off. I feel stupid and angry. Her customer skills are lacking. Never have I felt humiliated for trying to be kind and considerate! I doubt that I will be going to home depot any time soon if ever. I don't need to be put down like this. Thanks Debbie for making me feel like an idiot.

Very bad service and painful experience from deliver arrangement to installation.

Home Depot Local Pro Roni from Sipan does not know what he's doing. Home Depot did not stand by the customer, rather, let their Local Pro get away with terrible workmanship. There was no accountability. Home Depot washed their hands of the situation. They should be ashamed of themselves - a bad apple in the contractor community. The Local Pro program is a farse! Never again will i spend a cent at Home Depot!

Our amana washing machine broke down in less than 2 years. The cost to repair it is the same as a new one. Not sure why you would sell such a product
