Hemos pasado una semana muy agradable en villa Maricel (Binibeca, Menorca). Bonita y cómoda casa, a 5 minutos andando de la playa de Binibeca y a 18 minutos del aeropuerto de Mahon. La villa situada en zona residencial y tranquila, cuenta con una cuidada piscina y un porche agradable para comer y una barbacoa, la cocina bien equipada, 4 amplios dormitorios y 2 baños modernos y estupendos .... quiero reseñar que la persona que regentaba Villa Maricel ha tenido una actitud muy positiva facilitándonos el confort en todo momento.

Service was in general good, with clear communication. One issue: I had to pay a deposit of € 100 directly to Homerti, whilst I booked and paid via Booking.com, and was not informed that a deposit was due. Note: the deposit was returned correctst.

Die Casa Judith hat uns gut gefallen. Sehr geräumig. Allerdings sind einige technische Reparaturen fällig.

It's the first time we used Homerti but I would definitely look at their villas for future holidays. They responded immediately to all queries supplied all necessary information and organised taxi transfers which again was easy without any hassle.

Everything was really good, the property was better than we expected. Everything what we need was there, nothing missing. We would like to visit this place again. 🥰

Great location and space to stay in! The rooftop was an amazing feature of the home! And the parking garage made it so easy to stay right in the center of it all! 4 stars because we stayed there a Friday and Saturday and the night life is very loud until very late. I’m sure that’s not the case on less busier days! Would definitely recommend for the connivence of being able to leave your home and explore the beautiful Palma!

Wir haben mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern die Unterkunft "Anima" für 10 Nächte gebucht.

Das Poolwasser war grün- der Pool unnutzbar, es standen Chemikalienbehälter frei zugänglich herum, Möbel im Außenbereich kaputt, kaputte Blumentöpfe- verletzungsgefahr für Kleinkinder, schmutziges Besteck in der Küchenschublade, rostiger Geschirrspüler, schmutziger Backofen.
Es hat sich niemand dafür zuständig gefühlt uns zu helfen bzw eine Lösung anzubieten und wir haben uns direkt ab dem Tag eine neue Unterkunft gesucht.

El olor de las tuberías del baño era nauseabundo. Suponemos que sería problema del alcantarillado del pueblo. Hubo que utilizar varios botes para neutralizar ese mal olor.
Por lo demás ESTUPENDO.

Die Kommunikation war von der Buchung bis zum Ende immer unkompliziert. Jede Frage wurde sofort beantwortet.
Ich werde wieder buchen.
