Ideal für Paare. Grosszügige moderne Wohnküche

Perfecte villa, midden in het centrum en op een kleine 200 meter van het strand.
De Villa is van alle gemakken voorzien die nodig zijn voor een prettig verblijf, het zwembad is fraai en de buitentuin is voorzien van fijne ligbedden.

The accommodation was truly excellent and well-equipped: in addition to order and cleanliness, the house offers every comfort — a large fridge and freezer, a dishwasher (not always included, and very convenient since we were 7), a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Two bathrooms with showers, one of which also has a bathtub, making them very practical. The two terraces are wonderful: especially the one downstairs, which is very large, with a spacious table and a very comfortable sofa.

Juan Miguel always replied quickly and helped us on every occasion, while always being polite and attentive to our requests. There is the possibility to park on the street or nearby, which is great.

The central position on the island is not as scenic as a house by the sea, but it is excellent for visiting the whole island and its stunning beaches.

Highly recommended accommodation!

Stayed at a Villa near Sa Pobla where Homerti was the management company for this Villa (Son Ferragut near Sa Pobla via the Vacalia website). The hot water ran out half way thorugh our stay but we had no way of reaching anyone as it was an evening. Next day as soon as office number was open we called who advised gas would need to be swapped over. No instructions on how to do this or that when it happens who to call. They arrnaged for Technican to visit to sort. Arrived in 90mins and as we did not want to wait around left them the key as we had been advsied. Upon returning to the Villa after a full day out, we attempted to get the key from the Villa's saftey box but the given number did not work. Being out of hours we had no contactable numbers and the office number just said to leave a message for the morning. After google searching we managed to locate an alterative number where we were told a Technican would only come out in an emergency. We had to conveince them the number given wasn't working and were just told someone would call back. With no call back we chased again and had to explain again, it upset us as felt like we were being fobbed off. Thinking we would have to find a hotel to stay we were angry and had to fight to get them to send out a Technican. 2 Hours after our inital call one finally arrived (we had to wait in a hot car, with no water and couldn't even leave to go to the shops to get a drink, in case the technican turned up, we had children with us too). The technican tried the code and master code before getting a hammer to smash the box open. Why the company doesn't have spare keys so engineers can get in without us leaving a key is crazy. Our evening ruined and meal reservation cancelled we lost out all becasue the hot water had failed, with no process for this to be swapped over without causing us distruption and exterme worry. Considering how much it costs per night to stay there, having lost a evening by being locked out and the previous night without hot water we hoped to get some form of appology. Instead we were just told that the engineer did come out to replace the gas so met our needs and that the box failing was not in there control. The 2 hours being locked out was seen as acceptable. Aviod holidays using this management company.

Perfect location with plenty of restaurant choices. The Condo was exactly as described on the Airbnb sight. The pictures don’t lie! We dealt with Rosa who was always very helpful. Beautiful beaches within walking distance, small food market right below the unit with everything you may need. I highly recommend the Roast Chicken, Croissants and the Fresh Bread. These are available every morning but not for long. A full grocery store called Eroski is also nearby, 10 minute walk. We did the 3 hour “ Nature boat tour”. It was alot of fun and very reasonable price. The wooden booth is directly across from the Condo by the pier. We also did a food tour with “ Culinary Lab”. This was a fantastic experience. The hosts, Roberto and Maria were great. We had a 5 course meal (tapas and paella). The cooking experience was great and so was the wine. Highly recommended.

The villa was perfect, everything you needed for a stay with family, location is excellent, close to the beach, restaurants and marina. Would definitely recommend it.

Lovely, well presented villa and the response time was prompt and we felt well cared for and reassured from the Homerti team. There were zero issues with our stay so had no need to contact the team other than on our late arrival (which they were on hand for and directed us through seamlessly) and during check out.

I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Homerti again next time!

Although it says someone will meet you at property on arrival we arrived at 9 in evening & nobody was there if I didn't have my phone & signal we would not of gotten in the property, no detailed bill for tourist tax/deposit etc.

I absolutely loved this house and staying in it. It was a wonderful vacation!! Thank you so much.

The only thing I would say is that the communication was held a bit short and that the pool could be 1-2 degrees warmer.

I would definitely want to stay there again. Perfect place for a perfect vacation.

We were very happy about everything. They answered all of our questions and were always really helpful. They were always reachable and managed everything professionally. We would always book again.

Das Haus ist leider nicht so luxuriös wie auf den Bildern. Der Pool war grün und nicht nutzbar, der Garten herum schäbig und verdreckt. Auch im Haus lies die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig

When we arrived, there was no hot water. We asked the owner to please fix this. They sent a technician out that night, and said they ‘have keys’ and we do not need to be around. The issue was not fixed the next morning. They sent the ‘technician’ out again that day and the issue was resolved. When we left the premises a day or two later; my friend checked her wallet and her passport was moved from it compartment and all the cash was missing. Having arrived by plane only days before, she put her passport in the same place as always and I saw the cash. I’d like to believe that the technician did not steal, but we have no other way to explain it missing. When we told the owner they said the cleaning and technician service they use would not do such a thing. However, we did not feel there was much action taken for us to feel satisfied.

Sehr netter Vermieter, Haus sehr schön und sehr sauber. Alles da was man braucht. Tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt und trotzdem ruhig. Parkplätze findet man immer irgendwo auf der Straße. Würden wieder buchen. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermittler war prima und schnell.

Reibungslose und schnelle Kommunikation.
Bei der Anmietung unserer Finca auf Mallorca hat alles gut geklappt.

Das Apartment ist fantastisch. Sehr sauber relativ modern eingerichtet. Ein Punkt es müsste mehr Geschirr vorhanden sein, u. a. mehr Kochtöpfe.
Der einzige negative Punkt wäre, dass das WLAN nur im Wohnzimmer funktioniert und nicht mal auf der Terrasse, die nur 1 m daneben liegt und auch bis in die offenen Küche, reicht das Signal nicht aus. Für jemanden, der mobil arbeiten muss, zwischendurch, ist das eine Katastrophe.
Ansonsten kann ich nur absolut positives berichten, ein wirklich tolles Apartment!

Das Ferienhaus ist insgesamt recht altmodisch eingerichtet, und die Türen sind sehr laut. Zu Beginn hatten wir Schwierigkeiten, die Haustür zu öffnen. Der Duschkopf im großen Badezimmer liefert leider nur sehr wenig Wasser.
Für unseren Aufenthalt (vier Personen, zwei Wochen) standen lediglich drei Rollen Toilettenpapier zur Verfügung. Die Terrasse und der Garten blieben ungenutzt, da es draußen sehr viele Mücken gab.
In der Küche fehlten grundlegende Dinge wie Salz, Gewürze, Spülmittel und Waschmittel. Laut Hausordner sollten sich zwei Regenschirme im Haus befinden, wir konnten jedoch leider keine finden.
Positiv hervorzuheben sind:
- die Nähe zum Strand
- funktionierende Klimaanlagen
- eine Regendusche im kleinen Badezimmer
- eine praktische Außendusche
- ein großer Kühl- und Gefrierschrank
- insgesamt viel Platz im Haus
