From start to finish the guys here have been superb. Not pushy and really knowledgable. We were recommended these by a few friends who have had various hot tubs off them over the years. The communication is excellent and when we had a few issues they are always sorted immediately. One of the main reasons we chose them was if there were any problems we needed someone to speak to.I have heard horror stories about people buying online and not getting support. The prices are spot on and always there if you need assistance. The hot tub is fantastic it’s brought us together again as a family and I can not recommend Leanne and the team enough.

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with. I went to visit last year and they weren't pushy at all they showed us around a few Hot Tubs. We left and decided we wanted to proceed so they came and did a site visit completely free. I had the hot tub delivered the same week and the guys who came spent over 4 hours filling it up and showing how it all works. Fantastic 👏🏼

Right from day 1, we received excellent service. Stephen came to do a home visit Sunday afternoon as requested to check our layout for the tub. 10/10

Excellent service as soon as we walked into the showroom and right through to the installation of the hot tub. I cannot recommend Hot Tub World enough. Everything was made clear, including how much it would cost to run a hot tub and what we had to do to ensure a smooth installation. The site assessment was invaluable. Dawn in the showroom was very knowledgeable and helpful in enabling us to make the right choice. The guys who installed the tub were professional and thorough. Nothing was too much trouble. Leanne has given us really helpful after-sales advice. Overall- outstanding service.

Cannot sing their praises high enough. Extremely knowledgeable & friendly staff, no pressure sale and extremely accommodating. Helped us buy the right hot tub for our needs. Great wet test facilities and communication re installation. Installation team were lovely, tidy workers and took their time to ensure the tub was set up in the correct position etc. Talk through with water treatments very thorough and couldn't do enough for us. Thank you sooooo much for making this exciting purchase stress free!

Really pleased with our decision to buy our tub from Hot Tub World. Staff in the showroom very knowledgeable about the various tubs, gave us plenty of time to discuss and decide without feeling pressured or rushed into making a decision. Site visit to look at access for delivery and then on delivery day the chaps made such a professional job of the delivery and getting the tub into place under our pergola and set up. Friendly, professional and gave just the right amount of information.

DON’T BUY A HOT TUB ANYWHERE ELSE.
Firstly, I need to say that I NEVER get round to posting reviews for anything but this company really are amazing and deserve this, although it’s taken me months ! We bought a Limelight Flair last year. We were looking for a hot tub for a while and getting sick of the sales patter or blantant ignorance from other showrooms we visited.
We got amazing service here from everyone involved, especially the boss !
The after sales care is particularly great, which is very helpful as you get used to your hot tub, we’ve rung with lots of silly questions !
A hot tub is an investment so picking a good company makes total sense. No hard sell, great, no pressure - but knowledgeable information, friendly installation and amazing aftercare. No matter where I was or what I wanted I would never go to another hot tub company.

Wow !!!! is all We can say from start to finish with this our second hot tub purchase from Hot Tub World. Dawn and the fabulous team are so friendly and down to earth. If you are looking into buying a hot tub, then dont try anywhere else. You will be made welcome any time for a chat, or info regarding your purchase or questions to help you make the right choices from the minute you walk in the show room. Fantastic company. From quality and price of products to the fantastic service. All staff are informative and friendly. Have a great knowledge of the best tubs in the industry. Genuine people and you are not pressured into any purchase. The prices are great also. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and don’t need to. Wouldn’t buy of the internet when you can get a better service and product here. You have the security of knowing you can call in and speak to someone if you need anything. They give honest advice. 5 plus stars.

From walking into the showroom and speaking with Leanne we were hooked.we didn't know what we wanted just that we wanted one. Leanne explained everything in great detail so that we understood. We were offered a site visit ,which is a must as it has to fit and the base has to be strong enough ( not decking) . We was also offered a wet test this also is a must as you wouldn’t buy a car and not test drive it ? I had looked at other places but they were pushy, didn’t explain anything and way over priced. HTW offer a fantastic service of 5 years parts and labour which you should take ,but the good thing is they are only a call away if you get the chemicals wrong or your not sure . I have recommended HTW and will continue to do so. HT are not just for fun but really good for the stress and strains of life .

Every member of staff we encountered was polite, professional and offered ongoing assistance if required. Highly recommend this company - for such an expensive purchase its important to be able to trust.
