Poor company with even worse product and customer service.
Had two pop up gazebos from here and both became unusable within 8 months of use.
First one had an issue with one of the leg joints but when I reached out they said I would have to pay for the replacement part.
Second one the metal frame started bowing and bending in parts.
Sent an email over a week ago and still waiting to hear back.
Bought the professional range both times and not impressed.
Do not recommend.

Although I am frustrated by having received a Forest Gazebo in damaged packaging with two parts missing. I have dealt with Gavin Collins in HoT service centre and feel reassured that he will expedite an early remedy.
Very impressed by the look of the product in its unerected state and the way it is labelled for erecting.

I ordered a 4x3 m Pergola back in March of this year in readiness for erecting it when the UK weather improved. When the delivery was made, I was only given 2 boxes and told by the courier that everything was delivered. Unfortunately when I came to put it all together, I realised that everything had not been delivered. After contacting House Of Tents, they understood and did everything they could to help me once they had done an investigation. The Pergola is excellent, the After sale was very professional and I'd like to thank them for all the help they gave me.

Having discover some parts missing from my tent kit, I called to report the missing items and to find out how to proceed. I was put through to Gavin who was extremely helpful and he has already arranged shipment of replacement parts. Superb customer service and a pleasure to deal with.

Supplied a great product, on time and as described at a very competitive price.

ROOF WAS MISSING BUT THIS WAS RECTIFIED - THE PARTY TENT IS FAB

I constructed the gazebo over two days the build was made quite easy by the quality of parts and instructions. The gazebo is a great addition to our garden.

Rang sales line as I was looking for shade for my solid top gazebo and told politely it was a sail that I needed. Very impressed with it so simple to attach and it will stay clean, took me about 15 Minutes to put in place

I purchased a gazebo from House of Tents in March 2026,which was delivered very quickly.
However, because of inclemant weather I did not start to errect it until late May.
I found that one of the spot welded nuts in one of the posts was not secure preventing me from tightening the screw. So I contacted House of Tents and informed them of my difficulty.
They could not have been more helpful. They immediately told me, without any questuions being asked, that they would replace the part concerned, and appologised most profusely for the trouble I had experienced.
Also, one is able to telephone the company and a human being answers very quickly. What a refreshing change.
House of Tents is a splendid company to deal with and I thank them most sincerely.

The 3Mx4xM gazebo arrived in great time. I did not assemble for around a week or two after delivery. When assembling I noticed a defected part. I made a call and a new part was sent. They did tell me off for not checking the parts upon arrival, however, they still sent out the part required. Great item, great customer care. Highly recommended.

Before ordering the tent I called to ask a few questions and found the sales assistance extremely helpful. It was with her guidance I was able to buy what I believe to be a better Marque. I had a problem with three of the parts, the customers services team responded within a few hours and sorted the problem out. Excellent !!

We did have a delivery problem as one of the boxes wasn't delivered.
But considering it was a bank holiday
This was sorted out very quickly
And now we have erected the marquee we are more than happy with the quality.

We are delighted with our purchase quality is great installation is pretty simply you do need a little help to steady things up but overall really pleased

Well what can I say but easy to order delivery in a few days easy to follow instructions and it looks great, you could say it dose what ot says on the tin ( don't mess with the rest just order the best 😉)
The only problem I had was a part was missing but I called the company ( Gavin) and NO quibbiling and the part was in the post , happy days

Generally every thing was good, only complaint was box was not sealed. Contents were fortunately not damaged or missing.

Excellent value marquee! we have used it on many occasions for hosting as a music venue at local festivals. easy to erect (with a team of 4) and properly pegged and strapped down, you'll have no worries. Brilliant customer service too
