Igor was amazing, helped me out as soon as really good customer service. i recommend this company highly.

My order was unfortunately lost in transit, and I was extremely disappointed. However, after calling Customer Service, I spoke with Igor Spasovski, Sales Support Manager, who went above and beyond to resolve the situation.

Igor arranged for a replacement gazebo to be shipped immediately, and it arrived just in time for our family occasion. I can't thank him enough for his outstanding support, professionalism, and dedication to ensuring everything worked out.

The gazebo itself is brilliant—excellent quality and exactly what we were hoping for.

I highly recommend House of Tents for both their quality products and their outstanding customer care.

A robust polytunnel, chunky frame and strong cover. Some anchoring is provided, but additional u-shaped ground pegs make sure. Delivery was within 2 weeks, though an 0800-1800 delivery 'slot' was not ideal.

I could not praise them enough. A problem with the order, which was not their fault, was sorted out immediately. I would definitely recommend this company.

After a bit of research i purchased a 6x3m pop up gazebo in 2022 from house of tents and use it regularly for camping trips. Great quality my only regret is not going paying that little bit extra for hexagonal tubing rather than square section, which is inherently stronger by design. Having said that it has stood up to some pretty strong winds, until lent out to a friend who didn't lash it it properly in high wind and one of the uprights bent. House of Tents have been great, not only is their product first class but their aftersales has been exemplary too.....communication, part identification, speed in supplying, the whole process is easy and a pleasure to deal with. Can't recommend them enough so it's a firm 5 stars from my experience

Cheap Crap with NO customer service.
4x8m marquee arrived, first three pieces we picked up were damaged, the width is made up of small jumper connectors, which weren't swaged proeperly.
The fit is terrible, looser than Katie Prices dating history.

We messaged days ago - have not heard anything, they have our money, we have three boxes of junk.

Do Not Buy - Drop Shipped Junk with no Service.

I am not happy with the purchase - damaged packaging, consignment came in 2 parts, one package was nothing to do with my order.
Quality of goods is very poor - frame is flimsy, tent pegs too small for purpose. My complaint email has not been answer, nor has my feedback reply.

Delivered on time and when you said it would went up great bit fiddly being bolted together but look good when up.

When requesting tech support on murmurs issues, no responce at all.

We have come to erect the marque only to find more than half of the poles are missing.

We bought a 5m x 3m marquee from House of Tents six years ago. The marquee has been used on many occasions and is well built, easy to assemble and take down and many people have commented on how good it looks. Over the years we have inevitably had to order the odd spare part and the service has always been outstanding. We wouldn’t go anywhere else to purchase our next marquee. Thank you for all your help. First class service every time.

I was cautious bying a rigid metal gazebo with solid roof from a non UK company ie German. As mentioned by other reviews I did receive 2 different deliveries on different days, 2 smaller parcels first and then one very large heavy parcel the day after. I assume these are shipped via different routes due to the size a weight so nothing to worry about. I bought the Gazebo and side panels separately and after realised that they come as a package. My fault but House of Tents credited the difference in price through goodwill, brilliant! During assembly I did hit an issue, the roof rails had a slight manufacturing defect whereas I had to file down some excess aluminium to allow the roof panels to fit, House of Tents offered replacement rails or £100 discount if I was happy to rectify the issue myself which I happily accepted.
I can honestly say that I found them to be a great company, communication was great and they sorted out my issues without argument and were definitely honourable. So I would recommend them wholeheartedly. Thank you for your great customer service and support!

We bought this 6x12m tent from House of Tents for a large event and it exceeded our expectations. The structure is heavy and durable, using a secure screw-bolt connection system rather than weak plastic clicks. The modular 2-metre side panels with large arched windows let in beautiful daylight, and the zipped entrances at both ends made guest access seamless. Setup takes a few hours and requires a small team to erect, but the end result are worth it.
There was a slight mix up on the parts delivered, but the team resolved the issue giving us a satisfactory outcome.

I couldn't be happier with both the product and the service I received. The tent is very good quality, well made, easy to set up. It's clear that a lot of thought has gone into the design and materials used.
What really impressed me, though, was the outstanding customer service. After my tent was accidentally damaged, I contacted their support team, and they were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. They responded quickly, guided me through the process, and offered a solution without any hassle. It's rare to find a company that stands behind its products and truly cares about its customers.
