Call centre is great. Helpful, friendly, proactive. Staff installing HRV were courteous, no hassles at all, great product. No condensation in winter, house cooled a bit in summer.

Great service, happy with the product. Love the 'Burn Toast' option as it clears off all the cooking odour within minutes. The system works great with the moisture in winter, windows are dry and gives a fresh feeling when you breath as it maintains the temp inside the house. Very happy with the decision made to purchase this product.

We have a low roof without much crawl space. the 1st person that arrived was a bit to big to be able to do the work in the space. An other person who we had had previously. he did a great job and was able to fix an issue we had had. Top marks to HRV for our service.

I’ve been very disappointed with HRV. The communication is severely lacking, response times are incredibly slow, and the whole process feels disorganised from start to finish. It’s frustrating that you're forced to go through HRV directly for all system repairs, with no flexibility to use independent technicians.

Given the ongoing issues and lack of customer support, I would strongly recommend considering another brand. There are better systems out there with more reliable service and better customer care.

The constant rescheduling of our arranged booking time by the HRV scheduling person was the only negative aspect of the experience.

We wouldn't be without our HRV. We shifted a while back, so for a while we didn't have one and my son's allergies started giving him trouble again.
Friendly technician.

My HRV motherboard required replacement. I phoned HRV and they quickly sorted the problem for me, ensuring I knew the cost before going ahead with the replacement. The staff were friendly and very easy to deal with.

The sales rep was a great guy, friendly & knowledgeable and when there was a problem he initiated solving it without any issue and did so in a quick, timely manner.
The technician that was sent to fix the problem (which wasn't a major) came promptly & sorted it without any hassle.
HRV provide really good customer service!

The HRV is great. I have installed the stronger version of the HRV systems. The HRV has dried out my windows and also my curtains which had got quite damp with mildrew, I now feel confident to clean them as I know they will now stay dry. When there is a frost there is a thin film on the windows but clears very quickly and causes no problems with curtains.

Our home is warm and dry thanks to an HRV system. We stay healthy. We dont get condensation on the windows and our curtains stay mold free. HRV remind us every two years when service is due. The service technician turns up on time and does a thorough job on maintenance and filter changes. The cost was discounted with our Gold Card. We highly recommend HRV to our family, friends and guests.
