These guys have been excellent. Quick to respond, resolving enquiries as requested, with flexibility and a great range of options available. Speed of approval between them and our insurers, Admiral has been excellent. First Class Service! Thanks again. We had an insurance claim which required our bathroom to be stripped out and refitted. Having a mobile bathroom (pod) supplied by icab meant we could remain at home with minimal disruption. The unit we were given had a shower, WC, a small basin and radiator. The hot water tank provided more than enough water for four people to shower. Only minor issue was the WC did need multiple flushes to ensure waste was carried away by the macerator.
Overall very happy. Definitely worth making use of a pod from icab, if the need arises.

We needed temporary accommodation following water damage in our home caused by a burst pipe.
Our Insurance company asked ICAB to source this which they did and negotiated the lease with the letting agents.
Throughout this process we dealt with the same person at ICAB, Vaish, who kept us informed throughout and was very patient answers all our queries, always returning calls and replying to emails explaining the procedure and progress which made our journey in this less stressful, Thank you

I am so impressed by the professional and friendly attitude of ICAB staff Rosie. She provided very efficient help on securing my rental accommodation during the restoration of my house. A lot of thanks to her for the great customer service.

I needed accommodation after a flood in my house. Rosie was the kindest lady ever in this difficult time. The stress of finding somewhere to short term rent a few days before christmas felt impossible but through hard work Rosie did it. Everytime I spoke to her I felt very calm and she delivered on time.
We also had rental furniture sorted through this organisation and they were brilliant too. Thank you everyone for your hard work.

I cannot thank ICAB enough for the service provided. I had to move out of my own home due to water damage and Churchill Insurance, assigned ICAB to seek accommodation for me. I had a named worker, who kept me up to date throughout and supported my move into rented accommodation whilst my own home is repaired.

We had a pod delivered when work was needed on our kitchen. It stayed with us for around a year. The whole team were just great. The guys who delivered it and came to collect it couldn't have been more polite. The contact team in the office were always there and very helpful. Thank you to all of you.

Our house was rendered inhabitable after fires in several properties in our block in March 2025. Paige was amazing from the start, always patient and professional and helped us sort out accommodation for the 7 months whilst repairs to ours were carried out, dealing with troublesome and unhelpful estate agents, and negotiating on our behalf with the loss adjuster. I can recommend to anyone considering.

What an amazing company. My house caught fire and I was introduced to ICAB through my insurance company to support in finding temporary housing accommodation. Rosie who was my day to day contact was brilliant, she went right to it and within a week we had found the right accommodation for me and my family. Vanisha, who works with Rosie supported the move making sure all furniture and essentials were in place before we moved in . What a team, made such a difficult time, so less stressful. Rosie Gordon was highly efficiant and helpful at administering my emergency re-housing into a six-month let in the aftermath of a severe flood just before Christmas.

We had a kitchen pod in our driveway for just over two months. Delivery was arranged and on the day the delivery team phoned to advise they were on the way with an estimated time of arrival.
Installation of the pod was done and then the contents were explained.
Upon collection of the pod again we received a phone call advising they were on the road.

We had a kitchen pod delivered because of extensive water damage in the house. The pod meant we could remain in our home whilst the work was carried out (5 months!).

Pod was delivered quickly when we needed it and collected just as quickly when we were finished. The guys (Pete & Chris) were great; they explained everything.

Hopefully we'll never need to use them again, but would totally recommend them to others that might need to.
