Michelle was knowledgeable, thorough and patiently answered all the questions we had. Overall, the remortgage process was very efficient and hassle free, which is important for something that can (and has been!) arduous in the past.

Our mortgage deal was due to expire, thankfully IMH contacted us via phone calls and emails to make us aware of this too which was helpful. When we got in touch, we booked an appointment with Victoria Vernon. Victoria was very thorough and professional when going through everything in the first appointment. We definitely felt confident that she would be able to find us the best deal that suited our current needs. The follow up appointment, we were proven right as Victoria did amazing at finding us the best deal possible, especially due to our mortgage soon expiring. Victoria was incredibly helpful and understanding throughout the whole process and I would be pleased to use Victoria again when we come to renew next time. Thanks again IMH.

We’re lifetime members of IMH and, if we’re honest, had absolutely no idea what the process was when our fixed-rate mortgage was coming to an end. Naturally, I panicked far too early and contacted the team well before I needed to, but instead of making me feel silly, they were incredibly reassuring and patiently explained exactly what would happen when the time came. Panic officially postponed!

When the time did arrive, we were contacted by Michael Payne, who put us at ease from the very first conversation. He was truly excellent.

Not only was he professional and unbelievably patient (we had a lot of questions, probably some twice!), but he somehow managed to make the whole process genuinely enjoyable. There was plenty of laughter along the way, it honestly felt more like catching up with a friend than discussing mortgages. Which is saying something, because mortgages aren’t usually known for their entertainment value!

He even stayed late one evening so both my partner and I could be on the call, something he absolutely didn’t have to do, but it meant a lot to us.

Once everything was sorted, Amelia got in touch to check that we were happy and that everything was running smoothly. She was absolutely lovely and rounded off the experience perfectly.

10/10 service from start to finish. We’re so glad we’re members and feel completely confident that we’re in safe hands.

Staircasing and redeeming a Help to Buy loan sounded like one of those life admin tasks you quietly dread. Samantha somehow turned it into something calm, structured and actually manageable. She explained everything clearly, more than once when needed, and never made us feel silly for asking questions.

Her advice has been honest and balanced throughout. We never felt pushed or steered in any direction. She genuinely took the time to understand our situation and guided us towards what made sense for us. That approach has saved us money and a lot of unnecessary stress.
