All information is fully explained and checked throughout the process. They call exactly in time and complete the process in the time they stipulate. Great service

This is our third time we have used IMH for our mortgage. First time with Scott Leacey, who was brilliant. Highly knowledgeable and approachable. This is the first time we have done our remortgage via teams which was brilliant, made the whole process a lot smoother as we could work through everything together.

We also looked at our life insurance with Scott, we have had this since buying our house and not really had anyone else go in as much detail as Scott did. He managed to get us a cheaper deal than what we are currently paying with a higher level of cover.
