I always find these conversations confusing and daunting but Mykola made everything so easy. Mykola was so helpful, professional and took the time to go over things with me. He made it so easy and clear with all the different complexities of the call. He answered all my questions with an approach which was easy for me to understand. We feel that our time was completely wasted over the course of more than a month, as it became clear that Giles was never in a position to fulfill our mortgage needs and that the application ultimately had to go directly through the building society. Throughout our interactions, Giles repeatedly referred to my husband as “reckless” simply because he chose not to purchase the insurance product being pushed. His approach felt aggressive and unprofessional, using bullying tactics to pressure us into discussing insurance—clearly with the aim of earning commission. We endured two particularly long and uncomfortable phone calls, which left us feeling extremely uneasy.

Laune has been fantastic from start to finish. He found me a great remortgage deal and took the time to explain my protection options clearly, without any pressure! Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Thanks again :)
