Great customer service and fantastic products. We have now had about four gazeebos plus flags, table clothes etc and everything has been amazing.

Instant Promotion were top class in helping us organise a new Gazebo for our running club.
Their help with design options, then deciding on size and weight was spot on.
It’s proved to be a top quality product, as has the wheeled bag we bought along side it.

Outstanding customer service and quick turnaround

Had a problem on monday 28/11/22 sent photo of torn stitching on side wall of gazibo, instant promotions apologised and i received a replacement tuesday midday 29/11/22 you cannot beat that service can you.

I have ordered from instant promotions on 4 occasions now and each time I have been impressed with their service. I have bought 3 of their Gazebos in the last 18 mths all sign written differently and the whole process couldn’t have been easier, definitely will use again.

From the beginning Instant Promotion has been very professional and prompt. My salesperson, Gemma, was so quick to answer all my many questions. It was the first time our small business had made a branded gazebo purchase and she made the process so easy for me. When I needed some accessories, her colleague Dan jumped in to help out while she was on leave and now I've ordered a second gazebo with them because we are so happy with our purchase. We get so many compliments from other market traders on our stall - mainly due to the professional look of the awnings and sides. The frame is very durable as well!
