Super smooth transfer from airport to hotel. Drivers were on time each time, and delivered us perfectly to our destination.

This company Quoted us a price from Tasch to Milan. When We called to verify upfront payment, We talked with Nick. they said they would send is a payment link. The link came back with a price increase of 35%. This company is far from reputable, is a wadte of your time and renaged on a 24 hour offer. Steer clear

This company is run by crooks and I would advise to avoid.

I called to discuss my issue and was told to send an email. I have since emailed a couple of times and get no response. They reply courteously to Trustpilot reviews but not to emails.

On 19th Jan 2024 I contacted JamTransfer to help to move a group of 9 people from Nice airport to accommodation in Villeneuve-Loubet and return. Each journey is a distance of about 8.7 kilometers or 5.5 miles according to google maps. These transfers were to be made on 28th Sept 2024 and 5th Oct 2024. It was quite helpful to be able to discuss this outside of the booking platform by email.



During email contacts with this company, I made it clear that each person travelling would have a small suitcase and a bike in a bike box and as a result it was decided that we would need three minibuses with a possible occupancy of 8 people in each. I was given a price of 438EUR and a written contract and paid a deposit of about £88 to secure this booking. All of this is detailed including the bikes were shown on the contract.



As time went on, I needed to add two more people which I was told was not a problem given the under occupancy of each vehicle. After adding the 11th person, I received an email stating that JamTransfer had failed to charge me a 10EUR per bike fee and now wanted a further 110EUR for the journey. Making a total of 550EUR for the 8.7 km journey.



I questioned the need for the payment given that we were using less than half of the seats for people, but JamTransfer insisted that it needed to be paid. As a result of the out of contract change in price, I cancelled the transfer on 29th February and expected full return of our deposit given the change in fee, but I was informed that a cancellation fee would be applied. On 11th March 24 I received £38.93 of the £88 deposit I paid in refund.



I have since found another company who are happy to complete the transfer for 380EUR and I am seeking advice from Citizens Advice in relation to JamTransfers out of contract change in price and failure to return the full deposit.



I have not added a personal comment to this as I think the facts speak for themselves.

Excellent service for transfer for 8 people from Geneva Airport to Chamonix. Easy to book and modify booking, reasonable price, excellent communication, efficient service. All good.

Great service at every point

I booked Jam Transfer from Geneva airport for a family ski trip and again on the way back to the airport four days later. I found the drivers to be punctual and courteous and the cars spotless. Moreover, the office was especially helpful and communicated directly with the name of the driver and contact details the evening before travel. I would use this service again.

Good customer service and communication - we were warned of a delay on one transfer and were able to reschedule another one easily.

Excellent service throughout. Although I didn't know this company, I looked them up and decided to go ahead. To be fair there is not much option when you're not going to the actual ski resorts. They go everywhere. 3 different options of how to pay. I chose the pay deposit then cash balance to the driver of each leg, not the total. Got lots of communication and timing was perfect.
The drivers were very friendly too. Would definitely use them again.

The company told us that we would need an earlier transfer because of expected heavy traffic.Fine,they are a airport transfer company and know when to leave !.
Then they said that actually they couldn't pick us up at the earlier time because a car was damaged and would only pick us up at the time which they had already said was a real risk of being to late at the airport.We cancelled, obviously though they then suggested in breach of their own terms and conditions that we would not be entitled to a refund !.

Jam transfer were excellent - due to a complete farce with Crystal Ski - who ended up flying us back to East Midlands after 12 hours on a plane - Jam transfer honoured our booking a day later ( at no extra cost ) and picked us up the following day from a different airport - Marco our driver was superb and really impressed by the flexibility to accommodate the situation !! Will definitely use again - Thank you Jam transfers for making a stressful situation so much more bearable and not adding to it !

Reliable, friendly, punctual. Highly recommend them. We changed our pick up points, and made it a little confusing, but they contacted us by phone (from Europe) to insure it was correct. Never used them before, but know who I will use next time.
