First of all it was all done through phone and online. I shortlisted a car and I just called. I was taken care by one of the staff member named Mr. Daniel Moates, from that point everything went really smooth, no hiccups or no miss directions. All the information were passed correctly.
Main thing is the staff and service, all were very warm and welcoming (on the call) and accommodated all my requests.

Special thanks to Mr. Daniel, I met him the day I came to collect the car (really an amazing guy).

There was no hard sell, trade in was negotiated and used online offers to balance the deal to a point I was happy with. I now have a fresher vehicle , paying less a month than my prior vehicle. After visiting several car showrooms, BMW Aberdeen came up top from the salesman Nick, buying the car to after sales.
The only showroom where the salesman wasn’t pushy and took the time to listen to what i was looking for.
Nick spent time finding the perfect car within my budget, video called showing round the outside and inside of the car before collection and on the day of collection took the time to sit in the car with me explaining everything I needed to know before driving away.
Also, after sales call and message ensuring everything with the car was going well.
By far the best experience of buying a car I have ever had.

Arturs was excellent throughout the process. I had a bit of a turbulent journey getting from Leeds to Aberdeen due to the heavy weather. This however didn’t affect anything really. Perfect service and would highly recommend. Really happy with my new car, it’s exactly what I wanted and was worth the effort of my journey. Thanks Arturs, if I lived closer, I would definitely be coming back in a few years time. 👍

Excellent service from Daniel Bianco, the sales executive, all the way through the process of buying my vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable and made the whole process easy, He spent the time to understand my requirements and made the hand over when I collected my vehicle painless and he took the time to explain the operation of the vehicle.

Handover was too quick and not enough explanation on the digital interface - other aspects I won't put in writing

Dan was brilliant. Couldn't have been more helpful through the course of purchasing my new car.

We dealt with Nick Garvie regarding our new x5 and prior to collecting had a few things we wanted sorted. Nick kept in contact with updates regularly & was always on hand to deal with any queries/questions we had.

When we went to collect our new car we found out the air condition unit had a leak however we were able to take our car home & John Clark arranged for a courtesy car to be driven down to us (2 hours away). They collected our car by the time they advised & then returned our car after this was fixed within a week. Again communication was great.
