Disingenuous, terrible communication, profit seeking over root cause repair
Took my car for MOT. Failed for a warning light that had been on for years and the same garage had been passing for years. Charged for an investigation, subsequently £1000 of parts put in the car. Given the keys. Engine warning light still on…oh it could be the sensor they say. The investigation is not for root cause it’s to find profit. The communication from before MOT to after when I tried to complain is nothing short of a disgrace. Never replied or just the action they took. No choice but to contact trading standards now.

Thanks to Scott Arthur at Dacia Aberdeen for assisting us with the purchase of a Sandero. Scott was very responsive to questions before we visited the garage and went out of his way to make the whole process as smooth as possible and to enable us to trade our car in and pick up the new car all on the same visit.

Used Stepway purchase inc part-ex.
Good, quick service from Scott Arthur. Deal fully completed in less than 5 working days, so 5-stars for him.
Overall score knocked down 1-star as customer parking on-site is absolutely terrible. Extra time has to be allotted for finding a parking space when arriving for appointments. Situation not helped by all the double yellow lines on all the nearby roads.

Had a great experience with James trading in my previous Dacia duster. The process was so easy and he always kept me up to date and was quick to answer any questions I had. Very easy, stress free process!

Easy to deal with.
The team is very professional and friendly. We dealt with Scott Arthur who helped us with the purchase of our Dacia Duster. He was very accommodating, understood our requirements perfectly and kept us informed all the way through the process.
We also had a tow bar added and the service team arranged this for us promptly and again very professional. Special mention to Kyle Tawse who also dealt with our query promptly.
Overall a good team to deal with.

Great Garage & Service
Returned to John Clark to buy my 3rd car from them. Have always had great service when visited there.
We met salesman James Westwater who showed us the car we were interested in buying. He was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable could not fault him.
We had an issue with the car but James told us next time we were in Aberdeen to come to garage and he would top up the car for us.
Lovely seeing him this week and he did indeed fill up our petrol tank.
First class service as always *****

The sales man is second to none this is now our 4th car purchase and James Westwater is a truely inspiration to John Clark Motor Group. Very professional at all times. And nothing is ever a hassle. If he ever leaves I will follow on my next purchase.
