Jack was my sales advisor on this occasion. I found him to be confident and very professional for his young years. Gordon Farmer really deserves the credit here, he helped us from the get go, full of advise and buckets of personality. He didn't pressure sale the car, he took us out for a test run and had a couple queries which he reassured me about, made me feel comfortable and took on board I was in a position where I had a bad experience from buying a car at a garage elsewhere where the car just wasn't right from start and I was returning so I could by the car from John Clark.
They were patient whilst I was waiting for my refund from my other car garage and allowed me time to purchase the Nissan Qashqai I wanted.

He made a walk around video for us before we went to see it and then on the day went through every bit of detail, the car bodywork was in mint condition, great service history.
it did develope a slight issue with the brakes pulsating which I noticed on the test run but within a couple days it went in to get the repair and they will make sure it is 100% before I get it back, nothing has been a hassle. They have kept my up to speed and kept me in a car whilst repairs are being done.

I will be very confident in the future that I would purchase a car from them again. Highly recommended.

When I test drove the car I pointed out to the salesperson that the driver's seat belt was covered in what looked looked like dried vomit. This had been cleaned when I took the car way.
On driving home with the car I became aware of an unpleasant smell as the heater warmed the car. I stopped and purchased an air freshener and unwittingly attached it in a position when it caused a loud knocking noise. A few days later as the knocking noise continued I was being flashed by a following lorry driver and assumed something must be obviously wrong with the car so I drove to the nearest Nissan garage. When they had time to test the car they pointed out it was the air freshener.
In the meantime I had asked John Clark Nissan Aberdeen to have the driver's seat belt changed due to the nauseating odour coming from it when the car warmed up. Eventually they agreed to this and authorised for this to be carried out.
During this time, having not had any passengers in the car, I eventually noticed the facia at the door side of the passenger seat was adrift. When taking the car to have the seat belt replaced I asked if this could be clicked back in place.
On collecting the car it was mentioned that the driver's seat belt had been broken. (Did this comprise safety?) The passenger seat facia was also broken and couldn't be fixed back in place. So far I have not had the courtesy of a response from John Clark Nissan Aberdeen to my request to have the facia sorted.
In all this has been a very disappointing experience on top of the distress of having my previous car stolen.

perhaps I didn't make it clear that the damaged passenger seat facia has not been fixed and I have still not received a response to my request to have this done.

Also, I didn't note in my original review that only one of the radio speakers works.

The disappointment with this car and John Clark just keeps on increasing .

I went into John Clark in Aberdeen to choose a Nissan Qashqai for my daughter’s next Motability car.
I had my 3 grandchildren with me. Age 9 and twins aged 4 years.
My eldest was choosing the colour.
The salesman, Gordon Farmer was so good with him and the younger two.
When we all went to collect the car, he was once again so nice.
I told him I had no idea about technology.
He was so patient as we went through everything he had to tell me about how to get the best from my car.
Probably took much longer than normal but he was so patient and made sure I knew everything that I needed.

Jack in sales took lots of time to explain all options available during our recent search for a car including financing for both new and used alternatives.
We were not pressured to make a decision and all our queries were answered honestly and fairly.
When collecting our car from the premises, Jack again took time to make the changeover as smooth as possible and ensured we were familiar with the car before we drove away.

There were lots of different cars to choose from.
No sales pressure from Jack. He was a knowledgeable, friendly and patient young man who took us through everything with ease.
Can highly recommend the garage and the salesman,Jack.

I had bought a Nissan Qash Qui from Toms, the Sales man, he was really helpful, he explained everything really well, I went back to learn more about the vehicle and he helped me again, would recommend the service I received it was excellent
