Very professional service with extremely helpful and friendly staff. They helped sell my late brothers bungalow in extremely difficult circumstances. Could not have asked for more.

Karen and her team delivered an outstanding service from the start. They priced my property realistically to sell and I got a good offer within days, when other properties in my block have been sitting on the market with other agents for months and months.
Paige was fantastic at keeping me updated regularly and throughout the process, which was a huge reassurance during what can be an anxious time leading up to exchange and completion. The team knows the Southport area and all of the local solicitors very well, they even got an update out of my solicitors when I could not get hold of them!
The whole team was professional, diligent, and courteous throughout. Would recommend Karen Potters to anyone needing an agent in Southport.

When we moved to Southport from London about two years ago, we had no idea how tricky it would be to find a new home. At that time, the housing market was going wild, with places receiving multiple offers hours after going on the market. It was frustrating and disappointing. But Karen Potter made a difficult situation so much easier. Nothing for her or her fantastic staff was too much trouble. And then, when we least expected it, she found our dream home for us! We were able to negotiate a great price, and although there were some nerve-wracking moments due to an ancient leasehold, she reassured us and gave us the confidence to persevere. We trusted her, and thankfully we did.

She’s the only estate agent we’d use if we ever decided to sell and look for a new place. But realistically, that won’t happen. We’re staying put.
