I recently worked with Karen Potter Estate Agents to sell my late father’s property, and I could not have asked for a better service. This was one of the most difficult periods of my life, and I began the process without any understanding of what needed to be done. From the outset, both Paige and Matthew provided exceptional support and guidance throughout the process.

Paige handled every stage of the sale with care, clarity and sensitivity, ensuring I understood each step and felt fully supported throughout. Her communication was consistent and proactive, and she demonstrated genuine compassion during a time when I was overwhelmed and grieving. Nothing was too much trouble, and her expertise made a complex and emotional process significantly easier.

Thanks to their hard work and commitment, the property was sold smoothly and efficiently. I am deeply grateful for the outstanding service I received and would recommend Karen Potter without hesitation to anyone seeking a trustworthy, knowledgeable and empathetic estate agent.

Katie at Karen Potter was a blessing in disguise. After a very stressful first time purchase and sale for the seller we couldn’t have done it without Katie.

She made a stressful situation calm and comforting and I never lost faith in her not being able to get something done. She went above and beyond to make it happen and I truly do believe if we didn’t have Katie on this process it would have taken a lot longer.

Katie along with Jemma are an absolute asset to the company and I am truly grateful for all their hard work, kindness and reassurance throughout start to finish.

Great effort from all the team until an unforeseen blockage in the pipeline which, like the personification of a mighty sink plunger, Karen herself sorted the problem out. Joking aside thanks again for going the extra mile Karen, and for the excellent service throughout. Much appreciated.

Jemma has been very professional in her approach to advertising and finding potential buyers for my property.
She has a sunny disposition and is always polite and respectful in all communications with myself. Nothing has been too much trouble for her and any queries have been answered quickly and efficiently.
The process of selling my property has taken a long time, nine months in total from when the current purchaser put in the offer and it was accepted.
A technical issue held up the sale until a legal solution was found.
During this time Jemma showed patience and perseverance which was a difficult and stressful time for myself.
I was very happy when completion day arrived and the buyers were able to collect the keys.

I honestly can’t thank Jemma enough for all her help with selling my house. From start to finish, she was an absolute angel, calm, kind, professional, and always on top of everything.
When the first sale fell through, she found a new buyer within a week (for more than the original offer!) and handled everything that came up after that, including some tricky survey issues and working with my solicitor while I was out of the country.
She kept me updated every step of the way and made what could’ve been a really stressful process feel totally manageable. I’ve no idea how she does it, but she was always cheerful, reassuring, and clearly knows her stuff.

Excellent experience visiting this Estate Agents . From moment I walked in I was greeted and made to feel valued and welcome . Jemma was so helpful, friendly and professional. What I particularly liked about her was she listened to me about what I was looking for and what sort of property would work for me . I felt this was crucial and she quickly understood what I required.
Also she emailed me immediately after my visit not only to send me property details but also to say it was good to meet me .

From the moment Matt walked through to value my house I knew they would be the team to sell my house. The best estate agents in Southport and I got a few values to compare but only felt confident in them. They got the price of the house spot on, marketed it well and everything was just taken care of. They made the experience stress free and were so professional.
Nothing was too much trouble, their communication was excellent and all the office staff were so friendly and always got back to me. Cannot find a single fault or even recommend any improvements. The people that did the viewings were great and again informative, friendly and professional. Cannot recommend enough I’d give them an 11/10 if it were possible.
Everything ran to time and they kept everything well managed in the chain. I cannot thank the team enough.
