Excellent service from Kelly Financial.

Requiring advice on a mortgage for a new property and a buy to let mortgage on our old property we were recommended Kelly Financial through a mutual friend.
Paul came to our house for a face to face consultation and explained all the various options including pros and cons for each in an ‘easy to understand’ manner and after a few days having decided on the best mortgages for both we just left it with Paul .
They kept us updated on the progress throughout and were always available to answer any queries from start to finish . Both mortgages have now gone through and we are very happy with the choices.

Kelly Financial have arranged both our mortgage a couple years ago and most recently they have brokered our remortgage. They have also arranged our insurance policies too. They have all the best deals at their fingertips and can actually provide rates that are lower than you would reasonably expect.

As I am an IT contractor it wasn't as easy as if I had a normal permanent job, but Paul had our mortgage arranged quickly and efficiently - having a mortgage amount in principle for us after first consultation - we were able to put an offer in straight away and within 3 months we were in our new home literally. I have been an IT contractor for a number of years and was worried that the high street lenders wouldn't like my irregular bank statements but Paul arranged everything for us using a system set up specifically for IT contractors like myself. I highly recommend Kelly Financial.
