Used them for many years, been fine for me, never had any issues. Can find cheaper if you look around, but I don't know how good the service would be.

I have been with LCN for about 9 years and have never experienced a problem. I recently called their Customer Helpline for the first time and the call was answered promptly by Reece. He was most helpful in explaining recent service changes and helped me to select a different package based on my usage - an excellent service. Some companies do not offer a telephone based service and instead, push customers to use web chat. Having used both, the LCN offering is far better, quicker and more effective.

I've had to use this company for years through a client and they are an absolute nightmare. EVERY time I have to use them to manage a website I constantly get locked out of FTP access. They have JUST DONE IT AGAIN! Locked my FTP access randomly for no reason and now their file manager doesn't even work. Their website is slow and is currently not even working. I have had enough. I will be trying to get my client to cancel his account ASAP. The amount of time I've wasted when I should be working on my project is ridiculous. AVOID LCN.COM LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Phoned as I was locked out of my account. Jordan was calm, courteous and helpful. My issue was dealt with professionally and efficiently and he had me up and running again in a matter of minutes. Thanks for all your help!

LCN have always had really great customer service. Communication has always been simple and fast and any problems I have had I’ve always been able to resolve quickly. Highly recommend. Why can't you cancel monthly service subscriptions on your own account and why doesn't monthly SimpleMail auto cancel when a user doesn't auto renew their domain, I had the domain auto renew switched off but with monthly being stuck to ON on SimpleMail and forces requiring the individual paying for the services to still be charged for a service they CAN'T actually use.
They insist you call them to cancel monthly service payments and to delete your account.
Domains on LCN are typically 1.5-2 times the cost of anywhere else I'm currently using.
Save your money. Go elsewhere.
I'll be leaving this review here, I refuse to use them anymore.
