Individuals at the company were a bit slow at first to resolve my problem and perhaps didn't quite appreciate that not everyone is as well versed in IT as they are. After the exchange of several emails I received a direct call from an employee (JL) which resulted in everything being resolved perfectly. I only wish this had been done in the first instance. Superb service in the end and great knowledge.

I got confused over what I was being billed for and wanted to change a few things - fortunately, Reece at LCN was able to sort it all out and in a way that made it far easier for me to understand. What I feared would be a complicated process was handled calmly and efficiently - a great help to those of us who aren't as technically savvy as others.

LCN has
hosted my WordPress blog for years. Then I was out of touch for several weeks when my subscription fell due and my bank card had expired. After several warnings, they stopped my service (for which I can't blame them).
When I returned, I faced several complaints that my blog had disappeared. This was terrible! A life's work gone in an instant!
But the techies at LCN worked for several days to get it back and reinstate it as good as new.
This is why I would never entrust it to anyone else.

Monday morning and my emails were not sending!!! I called lcn and got a response within a couple of minutes. The operator I spoke to explained the problem and talked me through the solution step-by-step. I call that great customer service!

Far too expensive compared to others on the market.
1 have 1 email address and 1 domain and they charged me £300. Others charge quarter of that. Iv been with them years but now will have to move. Loyalty doesn’t pay.
other than price everything is good.

Be careful of this company who after full instuctions no to renew my domains still stole over £600 from my account and have failed to refund My bank have agreed to refund me as this company are gangsters

Beware of this scam. I placed an order and the payment was processed, with the money taken from my Visa card. After that, I received a message stating that my order is on hold. After opening a ticket, I received their response. Fortunately, I opted for a chargeback and will block my card to protect myself from these scammers.

Very good company for support but very expensive, I guess you get what you pay for. I am not knowledgeable enough to manage my own tech and therefore appreciate the level of support provided.

The Team are incredibly experienced and helpful. go above and beyond to help out customer queries, whether big or small.
I've never experienced a situation I've been left hanging, and always suitably resolved.
Used for well over 10 years.

I signed up for domain registration, and after my payment was successful, my order was flagged. I then went to Namecheap to register the domain. Within a few days, they replied and added the domain I had already purchased on Namecheap. I requested a refund, but I haven't received anything back; it's been seven days now.

Getting fed up of my orders being put on hold having to call in to get them to push all of them through, LCN have been made aware of this issue and have not fixed it. I can't make a purchase without calling in, that includes renewals. Been a customer for over ten years! Come on LCN sort this out so I can make purchases!!! Opened a support ticket and told to call in on Tuesday after the bank holiday. Great, lets waste 4 days on an inbound transfer...
Update:
LCN pushed my order through and said it was a security element to their ordering process that was putting my orders on hold. I will update this review on my next order to see if the problem is in fact that and it has been resolved. I have increased the star rating to reflect the swiftness and the fact they pushed the order through, although my initial email to them was met with call in 3 days time.
