I purchased a Natuzzi Editions A450 sectional in caramel (a two-corner-two configuration) from Leather Furniture Expo, and the experience was excellent. While delivery took longer than expected, the leather is gorgeous and feels glove-soft. Dennis was knowledgeable, explained all the leather options, and kept me updated. I’m thrilled with my purchase and highly recommend Leather Furniture Expo.

I recently bought the Natuzzi Editions ‘Tris’ Sofa & Loveseat in Denver Taupe leather from Leather Furniture Expo, and I’m thrilled with my purchase. Sam, the salesperson, was wonderful. He really knew his stuff and made the process so easy. My order did take a bit longer than I expected, but the team kept me updated, so I never felt out of the loop. When the furniture finally arrived, the delivery was completely stress-free. Now that it’s here, I’m blown away by the rich feel of the leather. It’s way more comfortable than my old cloth sectional. I’m already thinking about adding the matching armchair in a different accent color. If you’re looking for beautiful leather furniture and friendly service, I definitely recommend asking for Sam at Leather Furniture Expo!

I had an awesome experience with Leather Furniture Expo! To start, it was fun to pick out the type and color of leather you want for your item. ( In my case, sofa.) I did have a few questions and concerns in the beginning but was confident to make the purchase thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable customer service staff. I waited eleven weeks with progress reports every week on how my sofa was being made and boy it was worth the wait! My sofa is so beautiful and, even more importantly, made of the highest quality. The sofa exceeded my already high expectations as the sofa is so comfortable to sit and sleep on. It is so comfortable in fact that it is more comfortable to sleep on the new sofa from LFE then it is my very own bed! Thank you LFE for such a pleasant experience.

Very happy with our choice. Our sectional is absolutely beautiful. We had no issues from start to finish. We got help from leather Furniture Expo choosing our leather because we were worried about our dog scratching it, so we ended up going with a protected leather. Love the color and feel would definitely buy again.

After a 35 week wait (no kidding!), I FINALLY got my leather sectional. Leather quality and build quality seem very high, and the color is spot on. Arrived with no damage and great white glove delivery. My only complaint is the 35 week wait! Apparently the manufacturer had major Mexico-US customs issues for MONTHS as I was told the manufacturing was completed MONTHS ago. I was on the verge of cancelling the order, but they refunded 10% of my purchase price for waiting it out. I'm glad I waited! But 35 weeks for a couch order is pretty absurd.

A little longer than expected but turned out beautiful.

Omg leather furniture expo is the best online experience I have ever had! They were so nice to talk to especially Del! From start to finish they are the best and I just love my furniture!

Purchased 2 custom Natuzzi leather swivel glider chairs in June 2024 on my credit card. We were told 18 weeks for delivery. We paid in full for these chairs. Waited and waited, with no contact. Thanksgiving comes, repeated calls to sales staff. One excuse after another, then Christmas, more calls, more excuses. We are at the end of Jan 2025 now and still no chairs. When I finally was able to reach the online sales manager, Sam, earlier this month, it went from its on the boat in Miami to it should be here late March. Believe the one star reviews!

It looks like a great deal, but it’s really a scam. They are most likely the ones writing the five star reviews.
On 07/23/2024 I paid $1649 with my credit card, which was half of the cost for a Natuzzi Sofa. Every Friday they sent me an email with the order status. At week 20 the status was "container ship due to port, clear customs & head to delivery Team". That was the last email received (12/13/24)
A week before Christmas I made my 5th phone call. I was told that the Chinese factory closed down and they were unable to give me status. They told me to wait until 1/6/25 for an update and to be happy as now the sofa was going to come from Italy.
At this point, I cancelled the order and asked for a refund.
Sam seems to be the person to talk to. A quick list of excuses include:
It is stuck in customs. Used 2x times.
Our system is down. Used 1x.
We will call you back with updates. Used 2x times ( never called me back)
Your refund will be posted 10 to 15 days from cancellation.
I have not received my money yet (1/27/25)
Trust the one star reviews. What they are saying is exactly what I experienced.
I am going to file a complaint with the Business Bureau.

Seamless experience from start to finish. Furniture was exactly as described. Great quality and very comfortable. We were informed weekly of the progress while it was being manufactured. White glove Service was great. Outstanding customer service

Did not receive the product even after 20 weeks. Canceled it and they promised refund in 4 weeks. Since then they stopped any communication. I am going to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau and take them to court.

Wish I NEVER ordered but I'm stuck. In May 2024 I ordered a Natuzzi Leather custom sofa. It is now Jan 10, 2025. Not here. I paid for it in full. More than 8 months later I STILL have no idea where it is or when it will be delivered. I MEAN NO IDEA. None. Like the others who wrote here, since November I have been told "at the port". It is January 2025 and I STILL have no delivery date. Just excuses. Promised calls back. System is wrong. Wait a week. Another week. Wait another month. It''s coming. Hold on. NOTHING CONCRETE EVER. Repeated emails and calls all end up the same way- nothing. This company never calls back. When I do reach the customer service manager for like the VP or higher up to help I am told "there is no one else but me". "I am the top of the food chain". WOW!!! Worse, they mentioned it was coming from CHINA!!! Their website for this Natuzzi sofa I ordered says "Country of Origin- Italy". WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! I really cannot believe the experience I am having. I expected by halloween at the latest- I missed Thanksgiving Xmas New Years and soon it will be Easter. They misrepresent themselves at all levels. Don't fall for their 36 hours 25% off sale either. In hour 37 a new 36 hour sale or whatever pops up. I expected Made in Italy. I did not expect a China product. I expected my product in 18 weeks. It has been 36 weeks and still no idea where it is. I expected professional service and I have received nothing but broken promises to this day. I am probably going to have to hire a lawyer now because as hard as I have tried to communicate with this online store for more than 8 months now my efforts go unheeded. Please don't put yourself in a situation like mine simply STOP looking here and order elsewhere, that is why I am writing this review to warn others. Further, this company does not allow reviews on their site? I wonder why!!! There are too MANY other companies out there!!!!! Avoid this "leather expo" company tt all costs...because with their minimum 50% down requirement you too will be "stuck" with them as it is too much to walk away from. Good luck, it's truly a casino when you order here... place your bet?

Yes, ngl, I was worried. I was dropping some real money on a custom couch. Everything we saw in stores was too small, or way overpriced. I read many reviews, waited for a sale, and took a chance. I remembered a review (I looked at a lot of sites!), that said "be patient, it's worth it." Holy Moly! It was hard, I ordered in May during a Memorial Day sale... it is now January. But it is here- gotdam it is BEAUTIFUL! People throw around the word "stunning" but it really is. I saved for a long time to get this and as the months rolled by I was so afraid it was an online scam. But it's not.

I wanted to give 4 stars because it took so long, but there was an issue and part of it had to be redone. I was expecting it by September, but here it is January. So, the wait time is not for the faint of heart. Don't be in a rush!
That said, it's a great couch!
The color and feel match the swatch sample chosen, stitching looks great, and most important- it's super comfortable. Firm, but not hard, but not too soft either, perfect support.
I really wish it could've arrived on schedule, but I get it. I was told there was an issue at inspection and some parts had to be re-done. So, seven months and 2 weeks, but it really is perfection. Can you wait that long??Hopefully I was an exceptional situation, and I think they should revise their expected delivery time.
If you don't mind being prepared to wait potentially 4-7 months for a CUSTOM couch, yes, this is the place. The size, color, type of finish, and depth- everything is perfection. The price was outstanding too. If you can't wait, look elsewhere and save yourself the anxiety. I highly recommend them, BUT only if you understand it might be longer than "14 weeks".

This is our first purchase from Leather Furniture Expo and we had some concerns if they really delivered on their promises. Well, our couch arrived today and its quality far exceeded our expectations. The delivery team were on time and very professional. The value of the couch is really incredible.

Our order was delayed quite a bit due to some leather quality issues. However, the Leather Furniture Expo’s customer service representatives were always readily available to answer our questions and making us feel comfortable with the process and offered us the right to cancel with no penalty whatsoever. But we elected to hung in there and it was really worth the wait😊 The couch is awesome and better than what we had imagined. We look forward to ordering again from Leather Furniture Expo and highly recommend them to other customers looking for quality leather furniture and have the patience to wait.

I waited 51/2 months for my couch and chair. I did not get the color furniture I ordered. The color on their website and the color I actually got are totally different. I don’t know if I can recommend this company.

From receiving leather samples, to placing the order and getting weekly updates Leather Furniture Expo was timely and saved us a lot of money going through them vs through a retail store. We knew what brand we wanted, which made purchasing online much easier. We did have a slight delay, but they took care of us. I would certainly recommend them!

Loving my gorgeous red leather couch. I get so many complements. The set up was great, but more than that, the couch is so well made and the pricing is phenomenal. I highly recommend ordering from them, you won’t be disappointed.

We had purchased a beautiful set of couches made by Natuzzi. The couches were just what we wanted. Unfortunately one of them had a slight defect in the mechanism
Upon contacting leather furniture expo.
They immediately got in touch with the manufacturer and follow through to make sure that the issue was resolved to my expectations. This was a wonderful company to deal with from the owner to his team.
All of them have been extremely helpful and understanding. Definitely a company you can trust.

Our couch is amazing! It's super comfortable (not hard like some new sofas), the leather is beautiful, and the quality is fantastic. We have two dogs, a cat, and a messy kid, and the sofa has held up remarkably. We love the extra deep seating, and it was great that we could pick the color, leather quality, etc. It took a little longer to produce than anticipated to receive the couch between our initial purchase and the delivery time. With that being said, it was worth the wait! Plus, the delivery team was incredible. We live in a 200-year-old home, which means very small doorways, and they were able to bring it in through the backdoor, which is not an easy feat!

Very happy with the sectional we chose! Looks great in our space. Delivery took a little longer than expected but in the end we are very happy with the product.
