"Order furniture online, without seeing it, without sitting in it?" That was what my husband asked me.
As I anxiously awaited what I had done, EVERY WEEK I received an update from Leather Furniture Expo. I called a couple of times with questions and the Customer Service was EXEMPLARY!
My BEAUTIFUL furniture was delivered today. The quality of the leather is LUXIURIOUS, the color is perfect and the comfort, OH MY GOSH, the comfort!
I could not be happier with my purchases! High Quality Craftsmanship, High Quality Leather, Heavy Duty Construction and I am sooooooo happy I ordered my furniture from Leather Furniture Expo and look forward to YEARS worth of comfort. Thank you so much LFE! You are most undoubtedly the BEST!

It will take 6 months for delivery. Worth the wait.

We were extremely leary of spending thousands of dollars on a 4 piece leather couch set that we couldn't sit on, touch or see in person. Let alone waiting 4 months for their arrival.. The reality is, we couldn't have made a better choice. The quality workmanship, comfort, warranty, delivery/set up and after sale customer service is unsurpassed. Leather Furniture Expo kept us up to speed throughout the entire process from purchase options to completion of setting up our new furniture. I inspected our new leather couches, love seat and ottoman with a fine tooth comb and couldn't be more pleased. I would recommend Leather Furniture Expo to anyone looking to upgrade their homes with top of the line quality, state of the art custom furniture.

My sofa is beautiful! Excellent leather! The best purchase I could have made for my new home. Shipping and packaging were amazing!

The company is true to there word , They told me expect the wait would be 4 months. true , it was worth the wait, My couch and chair is magnificent. The color and texture too. The company email me every week of the progress.

I don’t think I can recommend buying furniture from this company. I put down over $3200 (50% down payment) last October for a leather couch and chair. It’s now late March (FIVE MONTHS in) and I was asked for the remaining balance of again over $3,200. I’ve never seen the furniture and have not been given any delivery date. I’m being told two to three weeks or so and I’ll be hearing back. Buyer beware that you will wait a LONG time to get your furniture and keep in mind your putting up all your money buying something sight unseen with no guarantee of a delivery time!

Ordering was easy and customer service answered all my questions.
Different grades of leather and many colors to choose from. Time to get order is long and unpredictable but savings and quality of furniture is great.

I was a bit nervous ordering high-end furniture online, but Leather Furniture Expo exceeded my expectations. They provided weekly status updates, and my Natuzzi sofa and loveseat arrived in perfect condition and exactly what I ordered.

I was worried about purchasing online, I had never done that before. Leather Furniture was excellent to deal with from the very beginning. Today we received our new furniture and we could not be happier. Everything was 100 percent professional and well done.
My next purchase will be from this company, they are great, and i was very pleased with all phases, including the delivery. The men were professional, polite, and efficient. They were very careful with everything. Just amazing, I highly recommend the entire process cannot say enough good things about the entire process.

I'll admit, it was a bit unnerving for me to buy a couch sight unseen from a website. However, the experience couldn't have been better. Leather samples for the 2 couches we were interested in were delivered quickly. Customer service before we ordered was incredible in terms of answering questions, describing the couch, etc. Regular communications were made throughout the process. In the end, we couldn't have been happier with the couch we received. Would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

I am absolutely shocked. By the way, someone answered the phone just now. I've been asking him to get me a lousy little swatch so that I could buy a $10,000 couch. He tells me to do it on the website and I told him I tried that three times and it didn't go through enough to get a confirmation email . from you. Instead of taking my name and address and the name of the swatch, he decided to go through step by step as though I'm a moron as to what I need to do on the website. I tried to tell him about five times that I already did that and I needed more help and he told me too bad you can't have it. Have a nice day and he hung up. I don't think you need people like that working for you because you lost a $10,000 order. If that's how you treat customers before you order, how do you do later? That's would be even more disgusting I'd imagine.

I got your message but I can't help you with the name. If he picked up the phone and said his name at probably was thinking about my question. I wish I did take his name. You might want to check your phone system if you have a recording available because you definitely don't want this person working for you. I did get your email that you do take orders over the phone. I don't understand why he's stuck by this and repeated it over and over in such a rude fashion.

Delivery was great. We love the living room set. Well made and looks great in our coast house.

I inherited a set of cream white Italian Leather couches for my home. The brand was sold in Copenhagen Furniture Stores in 2015-2019 -- but is very hard to find in the United States or any retailer.

Our home was hoping to get an ottoman to match the furniture set. Mind you - the color and material this furniture is made out of is fairly high end, and very distinct. I looked for months and stumbled upon Leather Furniture Expo ('LFE'). I looked at the tag on the bottom (yes, the black mesh under) of my couch for the exact color number to match shades. This was my biggest fear -- and an easy way to tell fakes -- if the colors were not listed by number or looked different than what I would expect. LFE was charging a great price, so I said what the hell, and bought it.

Then the waiting started... an email (which became weekly) detailing the status of my order, looked to take 16 weeks on estimate, shipping, customs -- oh my God what did I get myself into. I had written off the money I spent.

Time passed -- the emails kept coming, moving the timer closer to delivery.

With about 1 week left til 'delivery' date, FedEx came with a well wrapped box and a signature confirmation that they dropped off inside. I opened it up -- and the piece matched 100% to my set. We are thrilled. Feel, color, even smell -- the trim, the wood used, the stoppers, every detail was flawless.

We were thrilled and will be using again. If you are on the fence, try them out. You won't regret it, just be patient.

We recently purchased a very large leather sectional from Leather Furniture Expo.We had some questions in the beginning and the owner himself called us right away! This impressed us very much. Ordering a couch from the internet is risky, but he made us feel very comfortable to do it. We were not disappointed! They kept us informed every step of the production, and when it arrived, with white glove service, it was perfect! The color was exact, the leather was soft, it was exactly what we hoped. I would deffinately recommend them for any leather purchase.

Our experience with the Leather Furniture Expo was amazing! When I placed my order, I received a call from customer service with questions about my leather choice. After our discussion, I was mailed better sample choices to choose from because I have cats and dogs. My new leather choice was perfect, and I appreciated the call. I loved the weekly emails updating me on my order. We received our order and have been so happy with our sofa. Not only is it beautiful, but it is so comfortable that the whole family keeps falling asleep on it. My daughter says it's more comfortable than her bed. I highly recommend Leather Furniture Expo if you want a beautiful, well-made leather sofa!

I was a bit hesitant about spending a couple of thousand dollars on 2 leather sofas that I could not actually see in person before burying, but I took a chance on Leather Furniture Expo and am glad I did. The sofas proved to be of highest quality; I was regularly informed of the progress of their manufacture; they arrived when promised; and they were safely and promptly delivered. This was an altogether satisfactory purchaser and I'd be happy to recommend this company to anyone contemplating purchase of high quality leather furniture.

We ordered a sofa, loveseat and chair in late 2020. They were delivered in the Spring of 2021 (covid delays - couldn't be helped). Manufacturer is Omnia. We love the appearance, the size, the quality of the construction, the look and the feel of the leather and the customer service recently. Making such a major purchase without seeing and sitting on it first made us very nervous. The samples they sent helped a lot, with deciding on color. Just this month, we noticed two little blemishes on one of the cushions, which looked like they might eventually rip. We contacted leather furniture expo and they responded immediately. Within a day, they responded that the manufacturer is sending out a new cover for the cushion. Awesome customer service and great product!
