My leather sofa & chair were delivered today. The white glove service was superb. I was so pleased with the products that I purchased, I went ahead & called to order the matching loveseat. I will definitely be recommending this company to all.

This gorgeous leather couch is everything I hoped it would be! Sleek, super comfortable, and wonderful quality leather. I love how the headrest can stand up or lay down for my cats. I can lay up against the arms without needing a pillow. This is the perfect couch and the color was a true match to the sample. I wish I had a bigger house so I could buy more from Leather Furniture Expo.

Our leather couch and loveseat were delivered yesterday and both pieces are absolutely flawless and simply gorgeous. The quality of the leather is FAR superior to anything we have seen at any of our numerous local furniture stores and the workmanship is simply peerless. I am at a loss as to how Leather Furniture Expo can price their furniture as low as they do, at around one third of the of the price of our local furniture stores. We received our furniture in approximately 18 weeks from the date of order and received weekly progress reports via email.
The only hitch we experienced was a small delay of two weeks because the wrong package was loaded onto the ship for delivery to the US. But we immediately received a phone call from Leather Furniture Expo informing us of this error and they expedited the delivery so that our delay was minimized to just two weeks.
The delivery personnel were extremely careful, courteous and professional.
In summary, I cannot say enough good things about Leather Furniture Expo. They are a joy to do business with.

I had a wonderful experience with Leather Furniture Expo. The furniture took less time to complete than it was schedule for and the quality is outstanding. When you want great quality you have to pay for it and this is THE best sofa that I have ever bought. The workmanship, the quality of the leather and. the attention to detail was obvious. The deliver of the furniture was also exceptional, they came in, put it together and was out of there in less that an hour. I will definitely buy here again.

More time on the sofa during Covid made us realize we needed a new one, and we wanted to buy another Natuzzi for our vacation home. Searching the internet for sources with good prices and superior reviews led us to Leather Furniture Expo. I ordered a full complement of free leather samples which arrived promptly. The website is very user friendly, easy to understand how we could piece together the perfect sectional for our room.
They were up front about the delivery time (over 6 months), but the weekly updates were enough to keep us from worrying that our order may have fallen into a black hole.
The final payment was due before the sofa could clear customs. My only complaint was that after paying this, the weekly updates stopped. However when I called, I promptly reached a LIVE, HELPFUL human who reassured me.
Delivery to our Lake Tahoe home happened as scheduled despite recording setting snow. The team was professional.
Absolutely worth the wait and I will use Leather Furniture Expo again.

Very easy to deal with. Did everything on phone ; got color sample in mail.Selected configuration I wanted and got furniture in about 4 months.

I ordered 2 leather sofas that took 6 months to get here. Ridiculously long but they sent weekly updates. When I did finally receive them both Natuzzi btw, in 6 months time the leather is loose wrinkled and you sink to the frame when seated. I called and emailed and finally an expert will come to you that took 2 months. When the so called expert arrived at our home after a 6 hour wait, he advised the sofas were prematurely aging and nothing could be done to repair. All along I kept in contact with LFE and they were the victim because at least I was able to get the technician they hired to repond to me. Well it's not over. I was told 2-5 days I kept calling, then I was told according to Natuzzi it's a maintenance issue. So again back to LFE Tammy apologized after I wrote a letter to the owner and promised to take care of it 1 week later still no follow up. Every time I call she is out of the office. They sold me junk sofas and want to pretend it's Natuzzi's fault meanwhile Im out 7k and have junk to sit on. How about take care of the customer give me a refund or offer me a replacement. Act like you care? How do you sleep at night taking people's hard earned money?

After 8 years of wear and tear, we were looking to replace our sectional sofa that we had bought through Costco due to the bonded leather failing in numerous spots. While checking online for sofas with Natuzzi leather, we found Leather Furniture Expo running a special for made-to-order sectional sofas w/ recliner options. We put down a deposit and received an excellent selection of color swatches to pick from - super easy to get started. They kept us in the loop with weekly email updates about the status of our order, and ultimately shipped out our sofa ahead of schedule. The sofa itself turned out to be not only good-looking but also crazy comfortable, and we're very satisfied with our purchase. We highly recommend Leather Furniture Expo!!

I was thrilled to find the Natuzzi Editions couch and love seat at a great price from Leather Furniture expo. We saw them at a local store but the price was 40% higher and that was just too much extra to pay to "buy local". I was VERY nervous to order furniture online but since we saw the couch and the leather sample color I decided the substantial cost savings was worth the risk. Boy was it! Sid was great (like all the reviews said he was) and the order went through without a hitch. Long lead due to supply chain issues, but we got the couch and loveseat sooner than expected and love them. Thank you!

They kept me up to date and delivered on time. I had a problem with the way one item was manufactured and the issue was addressed promptly and the item replaced. The staff was friendly and always available.

We had ordered a leather love seat and sofa with a local furniture store, but a delay with the order caused us to look on line and we discovered the Furniture Expo.
As luck would have it Furniture Expo had a love seat and sofa on their floor ready to ship. We cancelled the other order and waited for our new furniture from Furniture Expo. Within a week we took delivery and loved the comfort and quality of our new leather Sofa and love seat. We also loved Furniture Expos price of $3200 vs the $7900 we were going to spend on our cancelled order.

I ordered a couch during the pandemic. The delivery estimate was real, and I got frequent updates. The couch turned out great, I paid for white glove delivery and was not disappointed. The couch is comfortable, looks great in my office, and the color matched the swatch I was sent exactly.

Easy ordering and you are kept up to date on a weekly basis with the progress of your order. Very competitive prices too!! The company has given an exclusive shipping contract to a Metropolitan warehouse and delivery. Metropolitan has an "F" rating with the better business bureau and 1.06 stars on the BBB review with 132 reviews. They have cancelled at the last minute twice now despite multiple confirmation even as late as this morning. They are aware that we have to drive 200 miles each way to be here for the pick up. Leather Expo expresses indignation but has no recourse to offer except schedule again and drive 400 miles again. As Leather Expo has the contract with metropolitan, they are in a position to fix this but apparently have no way to contact anyone at a level capable of addressing the problem. For the record the first cancellation was after the driver called to say he would be there shortly. Dispatch claimed the driver did not have packing materials. Today's cancellation was because they do not have room in the truck even thought the pick up was confirmed five times. We do not dislike Leather Expo but they are responsible for the contracts they hand out and this contract is with an "F" company.

I just received my brand new leather sofa and am beyond impressed! It is absolutely gorgeous and perfect in every way! It is the most well made, high quality best peice of furniture I have ever seen or felt. I was a bit skeptical ordering a sofa online, but am so glad I found this company and gave it a try. Yes, it was expensive for me, but would have been atleast twice as much from any other company. I have been looking for the perfect leather sofa for a long time and as I mentioned anything close to this was more in the $12,000 range. I paid just above $4,000 and that included an extended full warranty, tax and delivery! It is the first thing people notice when they enter my home and everyone absolutely adores it. I can not express how happy I am with my purchase...I am in LOVE!!! By the way their customer service was wonderful too, thank you Sid and your wonderful customer service gentleman I spoke to today! They took alot of time and patience with me and always
kept me involved and updated with my order. Always a pleasure, from start to finish. Overall, I will definitely be ordering more and referring them to everyone I can. By the way, just a side note...I never write reviews, ever! That's how deliriously, overwhelmingly, happy I am with this entire experience!!!

My couch is gorgeous!! I love, love, love it! The weekly emails, updating me on the status of the couch, were very helpful and reassuring. The delivery company went above and beyond. They really did a great job getting my (pretty big) couch into my small home, with 29" door frames! Everything went well, and I highly recommend!
