It was exciting to receive a follow up every week on the progress of our couch. It was great to customize it. When we received it in our home , the set up was very professional. The couch was more beautiful than I expected. It had everything on it that we ordered. Thank you for a wonderful experience from beginning to end.

Recently, I made a second furniture purchase from Leather Furniture Expo because my first experience was so positive. I made the right decision. My three piece matching living room set and two swivel chairs could not be more perfect. Custom color, size and quality were all exactly what I expected. Communication was consistent the entire time and guidance from the sales team helped me select the swivel chairs that were the right size. I am thrilled...again. Don't be hesitant to make an online purchase through this company...they are with you all the way...also a great price.

LFE was an absolute joy to work with! The process worked exactly as outlined with leather samples arriving, order placement, payment processing, weekly status updates, delivery and setup. We are quite pleased with our new sectional couch an recommend LFE to all.

I ordered a leather sofa from them in April 2022 and it finally came in the first week in December 2022. It took much longer than expected which seems to be the case with all products from overseas today, but the quality was perfect, their communication was great and the price was the best I've seen when comparison shopping. I am so happy with my leather couch and would definitely recommend to anyone to feel comfortable ordering through Leather Furniture Expo.

We are absolutely thrilled about the couch we ordered through Leather Furniture Expo! It is by far the nicest couch we have ever had and at a sliver of the cost of other national retailers. Customer service was quick to answer any and all questions and we we received a weekly email update letting us know of the status of our couch.

The ordering was easy, as we were able to do online. We got exactly what we ordered. The Natuzzi brand is amazing. Due to the nature of where the product comes from, it does take a while to get there, so plan ahead, but well worth the wait. We have ordered twice now and have been over the top about the product and service.

Purchasing a major piece of furniture on line can be a little scary especially when you are buying it sight unseen. The salesman at the Leather Furniture Expo was exceptionally helpful and thorough assisting us with the purchase of our Natuzzi leather sofa. Once our order was completed we received weekly updates as to where our sofa was in the building and shipping processes. Although it was several weeks until it was delivered due to current shipping circumstances …it was well worth the wait. I would definitely recommend The Leather Furniture Expo.

The staff was extremely helpful and anxious to please. If I had an issue, for example changing the color or needing feedback on the process or production timeline, Dennis or Sam went out of their way to accommodate. I was a little leary when the delivery time seemed to be taking longer than expected, however, due to current supply chain issues, I do not fault the company. The one thing I was not happy about is that I was not aware that I had to have a battery pack bought separately in order to not have to plug in the sofa. Without it, I would have to run a cord across the livingroom. A battery pack should have been included with the sale of the sofa or at least the customer should have been informed in order to have one ready when the sofa arrived. I had 7 months to buy one separately.
I ended up having to order a chair as the one I thought would work with the sofa, does not. This means another 5-7 months wait time.
I was patient regarding the initial wait, but now not so much. This is the reason I only gave an 8 rating regarding my recommendation to a friend. Most people would not want to wait that long for delivery. I need the chair to match or I, too, might have gone a different direction.
My overall experience with Leather Furniture Expo has been very good and I appreciate their professionalism. If they could cut the timeframe down for my chair, I would be ecstatic.

I ordered my gorgeous polar white Natuzzi sectional B845,the website is absolutely stellar, it was exactly as pictured. The staff at leather expo is nothing less than TERIFFIC. The one person i would like to point out is Tammy, she is just so knowledgeable and helpful, it was her that I made my decision with, however that does not take away from anyone associated with this company. I own a retail store myself and I can honestly say I wished my help can be as professional. So there you have it. Everyone at leather expo be well, it was a pleasure doing business with you!!!

This was a great experience! I was skeptical at first because it took quite a ling time to receive the product. Once I understood the custom process and saw the product, I understood. I received the White Glove treatment. The product was actually received prior to the communicated date and the team assembled the product in the location of my choice.

Absolutely terrible experience and getting worse by the day. We were originally told to expect delivery of the Maxwell sofa we ordered in 14 weeks. Several weeks after that date we inquired about deliver and were told to expect it in 2 weeks. Sam, the sales rep we were working with told "just two more weeks" at least a half dozen times over the next 6 months until we finally received our sofa after 8 months. "Just two weeks" became a running joke around our house. During that time Sam ignored nearly all of our emails & voice mails inquiring about the status and would never follow up with updates at the times he told us he would.

On the last call that I had with Sam prior to delivery he let me know that the Italian leather sofa that was to be made in the USA was actually made in Mexico due to trouble sourcing materials.

Upon receipt of the sofa we wished we had never ordered it. The dye was orange not the Brompton Chestnut color on the website, we questioned the qualify of the leather as compared to the sample we'd received and the sofa seats and back pillows were so underfilled the noticeably sagged.

When we contact Sam to let him know of these issues we continued to have out voice mails and emails ignored and on the rare occasions we could speak with Sam he would never follow up on the things he told us he would. Because of this I let Sam know that I would like to return the sofa to which he informed me that the cost would be $700 for return shipping minus up to 40% of the cost of the sofa for any wear and tear that they determine for the time I had the sofa.

As it stands I am still waiting for a follow up from Sam that is a week over due on on top of ignoring my past two emails regarding how to remedy the issues with the sofa.

I absolutely love this place! We were looking for a leather couch to fit our living space. I searched online like a mad woman trying to find a place that actually works specifically with leather and found the website for Leather Furniture Expo. I immediately felt like this company was legitimate. They offer several styles and you are able to customize grades, colors and seating depth. I ordered some of the samples online so I could physically see them because I’m always skeptical about ordering things online. The samples came really fast. I could smell the leather when I opened the envelope which immediately made me happy. I wanted something unique and ordered ordered the Napa Maxwell oversized sofa and a matching chair. I had it customized with beautiful light olive green leather. There was ongoing communication by phone call and email during the process as it was a customized piece. My main contact was Dennis who was very straight forward, thorough and helpful in answering my questions. The delivery service contacted me to plan for shipping and called ahead to let me know how far away they were on the day of delivery. That was very helpful. The delivery guys did everything; they didn’t let me lift a finger. I got white glove service, but didn’t have to pay for it. That was also nice. I love that they had the whole couch completely wrapped so that it could not be damaged scratched or even rubbed in anyway during transit. I nearly cried when they brought it in and unwrapped it. It was more beautiful than I expected and filled the room with the amazing scent of leather. It is literally my favorite piece of furniture. I have never had something this nice in my lifetime. Definitely worth the price and wait. We get compliments on this couch every time somebody sees it and sits on it for the first time. Our friends and family members always joke how they want to steal our couch. We then ordered a leather chair for our bedroom during their memorial day sale and got an amazing price on it. We chose the same style of chair but a different grade and color to complement our wood furniture. This chair was just as beautiful while being different. I definitely have faith in Leather Furniture Expo and highly recommend to anyone who is really looking for something nice and affordable for what you are getting. I’ve had several couches in the past, but nothing has been nearly as nice as this. I have gone through so many couches throughout my life. I wish I would have invested in this type of leather couch earlier because it can only get better with age and in the long run I would’ve actually saved more than a few thousand bucks considering I’ve gone through so many of them. I’m confident I will have this sofa for the rest of my life. Leather Furniture Expo is officially my go-to store for anything leather in the future.

I gave 2 stars because the experience of picking out and buying the couch was great. It arrived and looked beautiful. However , I purchased the insurance plan with pet protection to ensure I was covered for any accidents since it was a very pricey couch. Since I received the couch the color has started coming out of the top of the cushions. I contacted them to get the cushions replaced since I have the insurance coverage. They asked what I was using to clean the couch. I Ass used them I’ve only ever used soap and water to clean the whole couch and then a conditioner on the leather. They took quite awhile to get back to me and when they finally did they accused me, their customer, of lying and said I used an improper cleaner on the couch and it was my fault the color came out of the leather. They advised they would not be rectifying the problem. First off, you do not accuse your customer of lying. Second, when I clean my couch and clean the whole couch not just the top of the cushions. Common sense would tell me if I used a bad cleaner and only cleaned the top of the cushions, after cleaning the first cushion and the color came out if the leather and damaged it then I wouldn’t continue cleaning. With an improper cleaner and damage the other two cushions.
The rest of my couch is still beautiful …… because I have only ever used soap and water to clean it. The color that is removed on the cushions is due to sitting on it and the leather is faulty. There are no tears or any other damage to the couch.
Do not buy from this company! It’s a lot of money to spend on a couch and they will refuse to correct problems you have with subpar materials. Also, I have a huge problem with companies that I give my business to that accuse me of not being honest.

I purchased a sectional from them, but when I received it, it was shorter in height. Leather Furniture Expo gave me no hassle to return the furniture. They picked up the furniture and issued me a full refund promptly.
Although the purchase did not work out, all the staff were very professional and courteous every time I contacted them.
I've searched everywhere for the best priced furniture, but initially I was a little scared of buying furniture online. Not only Leather Furniture ExpoI has the best price, but they also have great customer service.
I am definitely going to reorder a sofa from them in the near future.
