Searched locally for a leather wall hanger recliner loveseat and could not find anything that came close to what we were looking for.

An internet search came back with Leather Furniture Expo. Wow, there were so many options, great prices, discounts and white glove delivery! But was apprehensive to order expensive furniture online sight unseen and so many options to choose from.

Called and connected with Sid. He was beyond outstanding answering numerous questions and going to actual mfg to verify what he didn't know. His expertise on the various options, leathers and color selections really guided us to the perfect selection. He responded promptly to both email and calls, which were several, always helpful and personable. Never has such an amazing sales experience, especially considering it was cross-country!

Did have some scheduling logistics confusion by the delivery company, Metropolitian, but once got to a supervisor they straightened those out.

Delivery received just a few days ago. We just love what we ordered: style, color, power head and feet.

Bought a full living room great price excellent furniture will order again.

Doing selections online is never an easy process, but we were lucky enough to have the help of Lorette Epps. Not only was she gracious and friendly, but she had very good product knowledge and went out of her way to be extra helpful. We appreciated it immensely

We needed a new set for our living room after moving and knew we wanted Natuzzi; we also didn’t think we could afford it. Enter leatherfurnitureexpo.com! Sounds sketchy, right? We called and spoke with Sid, he sounded real and nice—no hard sell—and decided to punch it. Still. A lot of dinero for sofas unseen…We got the email updates, as others testify, then the message that the delivery was coming soon—this during a pandemic and supply chain issues. We got messages from the local warehouse delivery people in the middle of an ice storm! They would have to delay by a few days, we were relieved! On Monday they showed up at the beginning of the window they gave us, gave the “white glove” delivery as promised, and lo and behold the set looks great on our space. We love it!! Having never sat on these pieces, we were extremely pleased at the firmness, which supports hips and backs as well as posture. A nice power nap is still possible on the sofas. The leather is very nice; we are comfortable letting our well-trained dogs enjoy it too, with a blanket. The whole family is comfortable and will enjoy for years. Thanks Sid! We have received excellent assistance from Lorette. She sent us samples immediately so we could quickly choose a color and leather material on a leather sofa we ordered. We did extensive research of several other companies and are happy thus far with the personal service we have received with Leather Furniture Expo. The sofa we ordered is being made in the US, an important requisite for us.

Thank you for the excellent customer service Dennis and Tammy. Ordered a pure red leather, reclining loveseat with power headrest. Didn't research the company, just gave it a shot in the dark. Then the pandemic hit. There were a few delays; however, Dennis contacted me and kept me abreast of what was going on. He is amazing. Finally, it arrived and was well worth the wait. Fits perfectly, everything is better than imagined and advertised. Tammy took care of everything after delivery. A Power connector was missing, she got it sent overnight. Thank you for everything, I couldn't be HAPPIER.

Dennis was extremely polite answering all my questions. He helped to solve all my problems with my order placement and gave me a sound advice.

Ordered a leather couch online , should have known better . I purchased the strata . The design is very poor. The cushions are thin ( about 2 inches) snd they slide off the couch every time you get up.they are too thin and too light to stay in place.
I contacted customer service , they asked for pictures and I never heard back! Sent another email and it was also ignored .. they have an out of sight out of mind policy it seems.. BEWARE ( the leather is soft but as I said very poor design.

Previous reviews have said it all...concerns about buying furniture online, based on just a picture and small sample, etc, etc...and being more than satisfied once it's delivered...well, I want to validate each one of those great reviews and add my own endorsement.
We decided on the Granada sectional and ordered a number of leather samples. Not finding exactly the color we wanted (the online sample pics can be difficult to rely on for a true representation), we called Sid, described the color and tone we were looking for and he hand picked a group of samples he thought were right and had them sent right out. One was a perfect match and order was placed. Pandemic related delays pushed the production window a little past the expected 4 months, but the wait was so worth it!! Like others have said, wondering if the color, quality, size, and comfort would meet expectations once the furniture arrived definitely caused some anxiety while we waited, but I want to assure you, no need to worry. No one is harder to make happy than my wife (trust me...), and she is over the moon with this sectional! Beyond our expectations in every way. Plus kinda cool to know that we have a set custom made for us to our specs, that may very well be the last sofa we'll ever need to buy. I am sure this is going to last a lifetime.
Special thanks to Sid for his help in making sure we got exactly what we wanted, to all the other reviewers who convinced me to step out of my comfort zone and make a purchase like this online, and to the craftsmen/women in the factory in California for their exceptional workmanship (forgot to mention that Made in the USA was a HUGE factor in the purchase decision!) And thanks to the delivery team, friendly, clean, and efficient.

First, let me start this experience by saying I normally don't write reviews unless it's really bad or really great. OMG! I have to thank Sid and his staff for the great work they did on my couch & love seat (the maxwell). I found out about LFE through the internet. I was skeptical about dealing with an online order (not all of them have been a good experience for me) especially an expensive order let alone real leather. I saw the couch I wanted at RH, but their price was ridiculous. I found the same exact model at LFE at more than half the price. My wife and I are so happy we decided to go with LFE. Everything that was discussed when placing the order was almost exact ( I wanted the couch with the arms on the opposite side). When I told LFE about the mix-up they said no problem in replacing the order, they even told me to keep what I had until the replacement came. We are so satisfied we didn't even bother replacing it, we're going to keep what we have and move on with our life. The delivery guys were very nice and polite, especially with the kid-glove special. And I like how they always send weekly updates. Anyone thinking about getting furniture from LFE, don't delay order today!! BB

Leather Furniture Expo kept me updated weekly as to my Kenia sofa order's status, and then handed things off to an excellent white glove delivery service for home delivery and placement, with it arriving in perfect condition and on time. The Kenia sofa represents an exceptional value and quality for the price paid. Highly recommended (both the product and company)!

Last time I bought a Boca leather sofa for my daughter. Before I bought the same sofa for myself. I love the quality!! It's a solid and a beautiful piece of furniture. Could have ventured out in the 4th largest city in the country, purchased a sleeper and had it delivered in days... not to mention I would have been able to sit/lie on and verify the color. Regardless, I went the “virtual” route, waited and couldn’t be happier!!! The sofa is everything I envisioned (size, style, quality, value, comfort) and more. I can’t wait for friends and family to see and acknowledge the wait was TOTALLY worth it.

Found the site online. I was leery as to the legitimacy of the company. After calling and speaking to one of the reps and reading reviews, I decided to order a sofa. I received updates weekly and the sofa arrived as scheduled. I am truly happy with my purchase. It is a well made sofa and very comfortable. If need be in the future, I will order again. Delivery could not be more professional.

I ordered a sofa that I saw on another web site, but it was out of stock. I was able to get the color I wanted. There were delays because of the pandemic, which was out of their control. It was worth the wait. The sofa is great. The delivery was smooth and I am very happy. I'd order from this company again.
