My wife and I decided to give Leather Furnitue Expo a try. We had never ordered furniture online before because we felt a need to see and touch the product. We ordered the Natuzzi A450 along with the matching ottoman. We love them both. Service and delivery was excellent. Without a doubt we’ll be buying again and telling friends about this fine furniture company!

The furniture is beautiful. Very High quality at a reasonable price. I have shopped other brands and I estimate I saved about 35%. I was informed every week about the status of my order. It was delivered on time and without incident. I highly recommend Leather Furniture Expo.

We were quite hesitant to order leather furniture online. The process was straight forward, we received weekly updates and delivery was right on time. Quality and color of the sofas is exactly as described / the samples we received.

I was a little hesitant ordering a large piece of furniture online however it worked out beautifully. They sent me leather swatches. They kept us up to date with where our sectional was in the manufacturing and shipping process. Customer Service was great.

Our entire experience with Leather Furniture Expo was amazing! The hardest part was waiting for our beautiful couch to arrive. We absolutely love it and love how great of quality it is! We even received a call from one of their customer service agents a few weeks in just to check on us and he explained the rest of the process. He even talked our couch up and explained how beautiful it was going to be, and he was not lying. We will definitely buy from them again! We even received it a couple weeks earlier than anticipated. I have to say this was an enjoyable experience. Once my order was placed, I was notified through an email every week on where in the process my furniture was...from sourcing leather, cutting, sewing, assembly, quality control, to shipping ( I mean this literally), and finally delivery. We kinda got a kick out of giggling that our sofa and loveseat were sailing the seas to get to us. Anyhow, once it arrived in the US, we were contacted via email for final payment then it was released to distribution team. We also received a courtesy call from sales manager.

The delivery went smooth, the two guys were courteous and careful in our house while setting it in place. I was very impressed with the overall ease and quality of my order.

I love the "Marta" sofa and loveseat I ordered from Leather Furniture Expo. The color is a rich brown and the leather is thick but so soft. It has great removable cushions that are supportive, very comfortable to sit on and are conducive to nap taking! The set took much less time than I thought to ship. Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery had it here about five days before I expected it. The white glove delivery was great; they were so careful getting it through the door and set up. I would definitely buy from Leather Furniture Expo again, should the need arise. But I think this set will last at least 15-20 years because it is of such high quality.

We love our reclining sofa. But buying it was also a great experience. We promptly received our material samples, got excellent advice and customer service, and purchase during a promotion getting a very good price. Every time we had a question we go a helpful, pleasant response. The weekly update was genius. And the quality is exceptional. Would we buy again?

I’m so glad I made the choice to go with LFE for our family room couch and loveseat. They were easy to work with, sent leather samples free of charge, and the quality of the product is fantastic. The price point was better than competitors, especially if you can take advantage of a sale. Delivery was quick and easy to set up. The furniture even came quicker than expected, which was surprising considering the pandemic. I would highly recommend this company for quality leather furniture that will last.

I ordered a sofa and ottoman. Ordering was easy. While I was anxious to get my new purchases my wait was worth it. The product was fantastic. Delivery and setup was flawless. I will not hesitate to make another order in the future.

I purchased a Natuzzi sofa from the Leather Furniture Expo. It is absolutely beautiful!! I loved it so much that 7 months later, I purchased another one from them. They are extremely responsive and provide great customer service. I will continue to purchase from them in the future.

I have reviewed this company earlier and they followed up immediately after my review was posted. Promising once again the repairs would be done. That review was over a month ago (after 6 months of pestering them and Natuzzi to repair 2 sofas less than 12 months old). I waited at home all morning to find out that EVEN though I received multiple reminders of my scheduled appointment, No one showed up. I took the day off work (medical professional so NOT an easy task during COVID) to wait for help that isn’t coming. This experience has been a disaster. I am grateful this is not my normal experience with other companies! NEVER AGAIN will I buy from furniture leather expo.

Excellent experience overall. Purchased a Natuzzi reclining sofa & two chairs completely online. The requested leather samples were sent quickly. The questions I had during the ordering process were answered promptly by the friendly sales staff. Since this was a special order, they sent weekly updates. The actual delivery went well & I was extremely pleased with the quality of the furniture at a nice discount. I highly recommend Leather Furniture Expo!

From when we first contacted them for leather samples, they could not have been more responsive and went out of their way thru the entire process. You can be assured we will be purchasing from them again in the future and strongly recommend for your furniture needs.

Leather Furniture Expo was very easy to deal with and answers their phone and does not use a call service center, they kept us up to date on a weekly email as to the status of our order. The furniture arrived just as they said and delivered by professionals. The couch and love seat are very well made and comfortable.

If you are looking furniture that fit just right, look no further. My husband and I did A LOT of research. We didn't want a cookie-cutter sofa; we wanted a center piece for our living room, not only that but we also needed a sofa with specific dimensions to fit the room (wall with weird length). Through Leather Furniture, we were able to build our very own sofa and choose the quality of the leather from a large variety of color swatches (the swatches arrived a few days after we ordered them, i.e., very fast). One of the colors we had originally selected ended up not being available. Customer service was proactive in sending us new swatches and we were constantly informed of the progress. We have received so many compliments about our new sofa. It is just perfect and so comfortable too. I took about 12 weeks (or so) to receive the sofa. Believe me when I tell you that it was well worth the wait.

The sofa is beautiful, the white glove delivery was great, and I was kept up to date continuously during the wait for it to arrive. Very happy with this purchase.
