Been an absolute pleasure dealing with The LGA team, Lee, Toby, Lucy to name but a few all of whom have really made for an easy, comprehensive service and a huge thankyou to all of the team as a whole for their patience and understanding whilst handling my needs

Conversation with Tyler from LGA went smoothly. He's very calm and patient while grabbing information required to proceed forward. It didn't feel rushed or anything.

Professional and Friendly Service
I had the pleasure of speaking with LGA after my motorbike was stolen, and the representative I dealt with, Tyler, was incredibly helpful. He took all my details to pass on to the insurance company and managed to make what are usually tedious questions feel easy and straightforward.

Tyler made sure every piece of information was collected properly so nothing would be missing later on. Of course, that’s part of his job—but he didn’t make it feel like just a job. He was professional, thorough, and genuinely empathetic throughout the call.

Hopefully, I won’t ever have to go through something like this again, but if I did, I’d definitely hope to speak with Tyler.
