Daren was amazing and helpful when dropping off the hire bike was quick snd simple to understand

Had the pleasure of speaking with LGA after an accident and the representative was uber helpful. Tyler took all my details to pass on to the insurance company and made, what are normally mundane questions seem less of a chore. He made sure that all
Information needed was collected so that down the road nothing would be left wanting. “But that’s his job I hear you say”, yes it is but he didn’t make it sound as if it were just a job. He was professional and thorough whilst being friendly and empathetic. I hope never to need to speak to someone from that department again, but if I did need to then I’d hope it was him.

Great guy helps with exploring the bike

Had an accident in August, first time having an accident and truly didn’t know what to expect from it.

I can honestly say, every experience I have had with LGA (Lancaster Gate Assistance), has been more than pleasant, the staff are attentive, easy to speak to and sympathetic to your situation.

LGA also sorted out my hire bike whilst waiting for my bike to get sorted. Dave Morris has been out to my property on two occasions, first to collect my damaged bike and second to collect hire bike. He was a joy on both occasions, good to have conversation with and was here nice and early to get it out of the way, no messing about.

The whole process has been fairly easy and really can’t complain about any of it.

Overall, great experience with LGA, they had my claim sorted in just over a month with regular updates.

Everyone I have spoken to has been lovely, regular checkups and very clear explanations.
Some of the online forms could use improving.

Had my first major incident, unfortunately another driver hit me whilst on my motorbike, happened in the morning, by the time I was able to phone the Company is was mid afternoon. Having had an absolutely horrible start to the day, I was blessed to have a staff member named Daisy answer my call. Daisy went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable on the call, her attention to detail was fantastic and she made sure every single thing needing covered, was.

I'm currently going though my first (hopefully only) insurance claim ever, so I've been pretty clueless about what to expect.
When I phoned today to sort out a temporary replacement bike, I spoke to a lovely lady named Caitlin who was absolutely more than helpful, and who I felt went above and beyond with helping me out.

So far, I can't fault the service.

You took my vehicle. You sent me a temporary vehicle. It doesn't work. I reported it. No one is answered to me. You have wasted my time and money on transportation costs. Please give me an answer.

My claim is on going but at this moment I cannot fault the service I have received thanks great job so far I will do another review when claim is concluded.

Long hold times and incompetent staff. Should not be this difficult but a bad situation has been made harder after dealing with this company. DO NOT RECOMMEND would take my business anywhere else. asked to speak to a manager and each time there either isn’t any or are no help. Very dissapointed.

Very good communication, easy to access, quick and clear responses, friendly, understanding and couldn't do enough to help our rather difficult circumstances.

Honestly hate insurance stuff so much mostly because I’m so bad at dealing with any of it.

But Daniel? Was really nice, calm and empathetic on top of being efficient throughout the phone call that helped me get the claim started I obviously still have a lot to do before this headache is over but I felt in good hands for the start at least!

I imagine it gets repetitive/draining to do this kind of stuff and hear some of the bad stories that happen with accidents and yet I felt like he genuinely cared which was such a nice touch.

If you’re reading this Daniel I hope you are well paid for the work you do. People like you make customers stay customers. I hope your bosses know this. Have a great day!
