Excellent and friendly service with a great result!

When Lee first approached the company I was apprehensive about what LHL could achieve. After further discussion on a no win no fee basis I asked Lee to look after our interest. I can recommend LHL without reservation, from appointment to receiving a £32,000 rebate, the process was around 21 days. A job well done to all involved, thank you.

Easy to be sceptical when a company like this calls and says they can get you a large amount of money. I am so glad I followed this up though as within about a month our business had been refunded over £16,000 in overcharged Business Rates from RBKC.

The whole process was done in a proefessional efficient way and I have on hesitation in recommending LHL to others.

When an email arrived from LHL I thought it was another company promising to reduce my rates. I have recieved a few such emails and they have never achieved success. The LHL email caught my attention as it contained exact amounts pertaining to my business rates.
I was intrigued, so I responded to the email.
Within a few days, William arrived at my premises for a meeting to discuss the criteria for making a claim to our local council.
William confirmed that my claim was perfectly ethical and morally correct as I, like so many other companies, were being charged incorectly for my rates.
I'm pleased to report that the council agreed with LHL and refunded me a significant amount of money.
I would say that, if LHL contact you, respond and listen to them as they will have researched you and will almost certainly know what they can achieve on your behalf.

I'm pretty much echoing all of the other positive comments you see listed for LHL as my experience was the same as others. Receiving cold calls can be an ongoing frustration when in business, but in this case the company was absolutely legitimate and they were very straightforward and honest in their appraisal of our situation. Managed to get us a sizeable refund on our rates, and with some good advise for dealing with the council going forward!
