As a business owner you get bombarded with people saying they can reduce your rates, so it makes you a bit cynical. In fairness to LHL they were very good and professional and did exactly as they said they would and got us a good refund from the local authority. In addition they also secured us a rate reduction going forward.

I have no hesitation in recommending this company. The whole process was fast, smooth and we obtained a refund on our Business Rates within 3 weeks of appointing LHL Property Auditors Ltd. Very professional and extremely pleased with their service.

At first i was not sure about this company and service, as i had been caught out before and managed to cancel the process without a charge, this time i decided to follow through with it again, and it turned out to be perfect as they were very professional from start to finish, but you do need to be patient as this took 9 months in total, but we ended up with a £20k refund from the local council, so to be over charged by this amount i would advise anyone to use this company to pursue the refund that most companies are being over charged and rightful to a refund

I was extremely sceptical at first, thinking it was a scam....however, after doing some research the company decided to go ahead, and we are glad we did. Alan was very clear and reassuring throughout the whole process - no money upfront, they only invoice when the refund has actually been received (which I can confirm is true) and the rest of the team were just as professional and as friendly as Alan - and through their brilliant efforts not only did we secure quite a sizeable refund, our future rates have now been lowered. I would absolutely recommend LHL to anyone looking into their own rates.
