in 2025 we sold our home in dartfort, the agent Ben it is very experinced personal . He is switched on and comunivative person.
The communication was great between all parties.

We had a bit of problems the last day of exchanging but Ben did everything in his power to keep us calm and informed.

I had a great experience purchasing my property. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and well-managed from start to finish. Communication was clear, Ben McHardy helped me in negotiating the price and any questions I had were answered promptly. I felt supported throughout and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy a home.

Livermores were very professional in handling this tenancy operation. They showed no bias and did a good job making the process seamless.
Ray Shukla was always available to attend to our queries.

Complete buffon of a manager . Trained chimp could do a far superior job . Pick a small independent agent. This company too arrogant to care about the customer. In fact I think they have contempt for their customers

Sold my property through Livermores, Dartford. Mark was always available to contact, responding to emails very quickly and always happy to discuss progress in person, if popping into store. Honest, down to earth service.

We just bought our first place and dealt with Nicola from the sales progression team. Such a lovely lady and always got back to us promptly, unlike our solicitors who were a nightmare. Also Matthew from the crayford branch was very helpful throughout the sales process. Highly recommend

I chose Livermores to sell my property because there were a lot of their boards around and I thought they had a good reputation. My initial experience was good, Mark did a good job and seemed to really understand my needs. From then on it went downhill.

I did have a few problems in my chain which do happen but Livermores were unhelpful in resolving these even when I directly asked for help.

Information about my chain was shared with someone unrelated to the chain on a couple of occasions even after I specifically asked for the information not to be passed on.

Sales progression were rude and unprofessional , both over the phone and via email. They were the worse part of the process.

I did write to raise my concerns part way through the process but my email was “missed”

I also wrote after exchange to express my disappointment, they did reply to this email but it took a week and there was still no real apology, more just they were sorry I wouldn’t recommend them.

Maybe I was really unlucky, I had hoped this was the case but even after receiving a very bland response to my complaint “issues will be looked into and feedback passed on” - I will conclude that as a business they really don’t care.

Once they have found you a buyer and effectively got their fee, you’re on your own and you won’t get any of the customer service you experienced in the initial meeting.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ben from Livermores in Dartford, and I can’t recommend him enough. From the start, he was professional, friendly, and always kept me in the loop. He made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. Whether it was answering questions, arranging viewings, or just being available for advice, Ben went above and beyond. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and knows the local market inside out, ask for Ben – top guy!

Archie Smith was extremely helpful and we secured a verbal sale within a couple of weeks.

As the property being sold was then unoccupied and I lived some 550 miles away in Scotland, Archie handled
additional work outwith the initial viewings ( several ).
to ensure matters went as smoothly as possible and meter readings and a maintenance issue were attended to.
I would certainly recommend Livermores to anybody looking to sell in the Crayford / Dartford areas.

DARTFORD BRANCH - Sent multiple emails to view properties to let and never heard from them. Called 3 days in a row and no answer. Emailed again today, no reply. Called again and they finally answered. Gave no name. Asked about the property I showed interest in. Was told it’s not available and then they hung up. Is there any need to be that unprofessional?

After seeing many Livermores sold signs around Dartford we decided to get a valuation. Livermores did not disappoint. As with the majority of house sales, there were hiccups along the way, but Mark and his team were quickly on the case to resolve issues. Would definitely recommend

Absolutely disgusting. Went to Livermores Crayford to search for a 1 bed property, got told straight in the face that they don’t have anything to-let! Then I inquired about one of their available properties through Zoopla, they called me for a viewing. Staff are so judgmental , absolutely ridiculous.

Very disappointing and useless estate agent in Dartford is Livermores.
1. First of the staff is very judgemental, they treat you like trash, feels as if they are doing you a favour by selling a property, even though I am the customer who is buying a property.
2. Staff is very slow and don't respond unless they are being kicked by seller in their back, they simply don't value customers as their commission comes from seller.
3. Staff is very good at threatening you that complete the sale asap or seller is looking to pull-out. Apparently I happened to have seller's contact details and seller had no intention to pull-out.
4. All the top staff of Livermores Dartford are same so avoid this estate agent at all cost if possible.

I have put my offer down for flat in crayford high Street and I filled all the paperwork the asked for the flat and they just turned up said to me flat is sold I gone back to them and said why you didn’t come back to me my offer was not accepted they got higher offers I said I will pay more for it They just turned up to be.getting money back handed I have found the owner details I did write to him I have attached my email and to see what corrupt agents they are in Crayford branch

Great service in regards to selling, valuing, and communication. However once sold the lack of one to one communication is poor. It is all via a login which for the 'older generation' a personal phone call/communication would be much more appreciated and understood.

People are so judgmental in Livermores, I have been spoken to like I’m trash when seeking 2 bed properties I have then gone for 1 bed and told me it’s too small, nothing is ever explained just told. They are so rude and unprofessional.

They are so professional and prompt in terms of repairs and concern as a tenant, I would like to commend Tracey miles as she was my property manager and she was superb and as well professional it’s a pity I had to relocate and it happens there is no Livermore here. In all I would highly recommend Livermore
