Quite a few months ago I attempted to purchase a Loch dishwasher on 3 occasions while it was on sale. The website refused to let me purchase because it stated it doesn’t deliver to Northern Ireland.

I contacted the customer service team who took 3 days to reply. They assured me that you do indeed deliver to Northern Ireland. Unfortunately because they took so long to reply, not only was it no longer at the sale price but you had sold out of all stock.

You have just sent me an email stating you have it in stock.

Well despite knowing full well for months that your website doesn’t allow delivery to Northern Ireland, no one has bothered to fix it. It still refuses to deliver to my address

I have to say that it has been a horrendous experience as a customer with Loch. It has totally put me off buying the product.

Ha Ha, Loch reached out to me again.

You might think they would have offered me the discount price, but their customer service is awful that didn’t happen.

I clicked on the link they sent and the website still refuses to deliver to my address.

I may improve this review if I get sent a free machine.but I would only improve it to 2 stars.

Just received an email from Loch offering a sale.
This is despite unsubscribing from their website because of their abysmal customer service.

Out of interest I put an item in my cart and despite complaining on several occasions previously that their website does not allow delivery to Northern Ireland and them insisting it does.

It still refuses delivery to Northern Ireland and even though this has been pointed out to them for quite some time they have not rectified the problem.

I imagine this is what it will be like if you have a problem with their products.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. ITS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD.

An OG Backer and have been completely satisfied withe how they are running the business and how they are handling Customers. Will continue supporting Loch and highly recommending them to my Friends and Family. Will one day add an additional Dishwasher

I do not have a lot of space in my kitchen. That is why I ordered Loch dishwasher because it was the only dishwasher that fits in the kitchen.

We live as a couple and it is really useful and it suffices. I hope the lifespan is long enough. We shall see

My little Loch Capsule dishwasher arrived after a few shipping delays but truly worth the wait. It is everything it claims to be, compact, efficient, easy installation (basically plug it in), fits all dishes for 2 full dinners easily, or for large dinners all the glassware and silverware, for example. A huge help in the kitchen without a huge machine.
Washes and dries the dishes impeccably.
That said after about 2 months my Capsule began to have issues. But the super friendly correspondence and excellent follow up service and the care taken with customer satisfaction taken by the Loch team was second to none.

The dishwasher is amazing. Gets dried on food and sauces like it’s nothing. Everything is always sparkling clean. And their customer service is excellent. I had a question I emailed them and they responded with exactly what I needed in less than 12 hours. All around amazing

I purchased my Capsule Dishwasher just before the tariff fiasco created by the U.S. government. The people at Loch kept all their customers up-to-date on all developments. When I enquired on the status of my unit, the reply was helpful and demonstrated that customer service was important to the company. My unit arrived a week later. I love my dishwasher. It works great and eliminated one kitchen task I dislike completing. There are other machines available in retail, but I am glad I chose Loch and the Capsule. I will not hesitate to buy from this company again (for new products they may create).

I love my Capsule One solo. Use it daily on my boat. Sometimes 3 times a day. It is small and mighty and gets my dishes clean and sanitized quickly using very little water and power. It fits great on my countertop and still allows me plenty of room to prepare dinner nd it stows easily when we are underway.

The website was super easy for me to go through. Everything I needed to know about the dishwasher was right there, so it was really simple to figure out if it was the right fit for me.

This compact dishwasher does a great job. Very handy you do not need to connect it to the water mains. I had small issue with some staining, but was helped quickly by the very nice helpline. They stayed in touch and spontaneously offered compensation for the problem.

Me and my family needed a little help with dishes and didn't have much space for a bigger dishwasher so this machine I came across and decided to try buy it. We haven't had it that long but as of this moment I can say it's a wonderful compact dishwasher and would recommend it.

I was an early backer on the Kickstarter for the Capsule dishwasher. We live in a 100-year-old house that would require a massive overhaul of the kitchen to install a built-in dishwasher, so this countertop unit looked like it could be exactly what we needed.

The unit worked flawlessly for several months—until it didn’t. The machine would run for 20 minutes or so and then just shut off. I will admit I wasn’t sure how service issues would be handled by a company on another continent, but I needn’t have worried. I got timely responses to every email, multiple troubleshooting suggestions, and even a shipment of replacement parts with video tutorials for installation.

Despite their best efforts, we weren’t able to fix the problem. We discovered that there was a small leak in an inaccessible area of the unit that over time fried the control panel. The only way to access the area where we would need to replace parts would have required breaking the casement. Team Loch’s solution was to send us a brand new Capsule unit! We received it within a week of the replacement approval, set it up in minutes, and it finished its first load without a single hiccup.

A few notes for anyone considering purchasing a Capsule:
- It is small. That works great for us, but we also decided to get smaller plates because our old ones struggled to fit upright in the unit.
- There are just two of us in the house, and we usually eat ~2 meals at home a day. We tend to run it after each meal, depending on what we’re eating. If it’s a protein bar for breakfast kind of day, we can get by with just a dinner time wash-up.
- We prefer liquid dishwasher detergent to the powder. Easier to measure, dissolves faster, and rinses cleaner.

The customer service from Team Loch is exemplary. Every communication from their team was friendly, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend them and their products.

Tried the 15‑minute cycle today, worked brilliantly. Ideal for a small kitchen, and surprisingly quick. Had one tiny question at setup and customer support were on it straightaway. Couldn’t have been more helpful.

Customer service is great with the only downside to my purchase is the shipping time but I am used to a very short window so that is on me. This machine is ideal for a small household and limited space. The runtimes vary to allow for any situation you encounter. I Wii be using this for my summer canning to wash and sterilize jars, it would be good for vacation cabins etc. worth the price.

I had a great experience with Loch Electronics. The ordering process was simple and the product arrived exactly as described. I purchased their capsule dishwasher for my tiny home and it works excellent- perfect size and very efficient. Overall a smooth shopping experience and I’m very happy with the purchase. Would definitely recommend Loch Electronics to anyone looking for compact appliances.

I’ve had the Capsule for a few months now and it’s been great. I work long hours, so being able to load my dishes and just let it run has been a lifesaver. When I messaged Loch Electronics with a question about the water tank, they responded quicker than I expected and were super friendly. You don’t often get that with customer service these days. Happy to give them a solid 5 stars.

I was a bit skeptical at first because my kitchen is tiny and I wasn’t sure the Capsule would actually fit my routine. But after using it for a while, I’m honestly impressed. It cleans well, uses very little water, and has saved me so much time. I reached out once because I wasn’t sure if the cycle was running normally, and support got back to me with clear instructions that solved it straight away. Really happy with both the product and the people behind it.

I would love to write a positive review about this product as I was so excited when it first arrived. But I can’t. I backed their Capsule 2.0 on kickstarter and since it has arrived last spring I have had to contact their customer support 4 times. It works well for a few months, then something goes wrong and I have to spend my Saturdays contacting the help desk then following the tutorials to fix it. This has happened on repeat for almost a year now and I am a VERY unhappy customer.

The Capsule has made such a difference in my small kitchen. It handles my daily dishes without any issues and uses so little water. I contacted Loch Electronics once because I thought something wasn’t right with the wash cycle. They explained the process clearly and even gave me tips to get the best results. Great product backed by a really supportive team.

I’ve had my capsule for nearly a month now and it’s been working out really well. Hope things are going good for you guys!

Easy to order, quick delivery, good quality dishwasher.

I've been looking for something like this for a while because we can't fit a full sized dishwasher in our small kitchen. This was the only one thin enough to fit on the small gap we have next to the sink.

Initially set up with the water tank (needs refilling at least once per wash) and the drainage hose into the sink, after a few washes and getting fed up with refilling tank I plumbed it into the mains, much better!

It's big enough to take the bulk of our washing up with 2/3 uses a day with a small family. Has saved hours and hours of time spent chained to the sink.

It sometimes makes a slight vibrating rattle during the cycle but a gentle tap on the side normally stops this, I think it might either be something inside touching the side or a loose component? not sure. doesn't seem to be a huge issue.

Would recommend if you are fed up with washing up.
