Ordered PH 3/2 table lamp
Ordered PH 3/2 table lamp, assembled it with recommend light bulb. The lamp lights up without the shade but cuts out when glass shades are put on top. Google tells me issue like this is “typically a mechanical shift, short, or loose contact triggered by the weight or physical placement of the glass/metal tiers” likely caused by socket center contact depression or pinching or shorting wires.
Customer service was useless; told me this rarely happens and in order to get a replacement I must send them a video recording. Ridiculous being talked down like a toddler, after spending 2 hours trying to fix this problem with a dozen new bulbs LED and incandescent.
I asked for a simple return and replacement, but they require customers to jump all these hoops to do that.
Not helpful customer service for a rubbish low quality product

Very good experience
The website is beautiful and had all the information I needed. After ordering, the communication was frequent and informative. My PH5 was shipped quickly and the packaging was as beautiful as the fixture itself.

Shop und Ware top, Paketdienst absoluter flop.
Also der Shop, die Bestellung, die Verpackung, die Ware war alles top und 5 Sterne. Aber man sollte auswählen können, wer einem das Paket bringen soll. GLS hat mal wieder den Vogel abgeschossen und unser Packet ein paar Straßen weiter abgegeben. Anderer Name, andere Straße und einfach vor die Tür gestellt. Ich weiß nicht warum uns das immer mit GLS passiert, aber andere Paketdienste schaffen es auch an unsere Adresse zu liefern. Daher 1 Stern Abzug für die restlos miese Lieferung durch GLS.

Webseite ist sehr übersichtlich gestaltet, das Abschließen der Bestellung war einfach, die Lieferung sehr schnell und die Verpackung der Produkte sensationell. Auch der „Aufbau“ ging leicht von der Hand.

Love the product and the packaging
Love the product and the packaging. Didn’t love the 5 month lead time. Also the light bulb required is different from what is shown on the paperwork. The paperwork shows an A19 bulb with an E26 base. The fixture uses a G shaped bulb with a Candelabra size base.

gute Bedienung, Lieferprobleme
Die Beratung im Laden war sehr gut. Danach habe ich eine sehr schöne Lampe bestellt. Leider habe ich aber die Adresse einer Kollegin eingetippt, bzw der Computer hat das ausgefüllt und ich habe nicht richtig nachgeschaut.
Ich versuchte die Adresse zu ändern, was aber aus welchen Gründen auch immer unmöglich war. Danach rief ich an. Ein paar Tage später erhielt ich den Bescheid, dass die Lampe bereits verschickt worden sei. Allerdings ist sie auch bei meiner Kollegin nie angekommen. Nun bin ich etwas ratlos. Die Bestellnummer lautet 1060543.
