God kundeservice
Av/På knappen på min PH 2/1 gikk etter noen års bruk. Jeg tok kontakt med Louis Poulsen kundeservice og fikk god hjelp av Miranda som sendte meg en ny bryter gratis i posten. Fikk montert ny bryter og favorittlampen min fungerer igjen!

Poor customer service and product quality
Purchased the portable lamp. Stopped working in two years and the lamp was $450 Canadian. Customer service was fully unhelpful, offering no options to replace parts or repair the lamp, only that it might be possible to replace the batteries of my model. I informed them it was not possible and received no further responses. No remedy was offered. Products appear overpriced and cheaply made. The name does not reflect quality anymore.

The base of my lamp does not allow me to disassemble it to replace the battery. That aside, this is a weak response for a large and what I perceived to be a quality brand. The level of customer service is reflective of how far this brand has strayed to become cheaply made, and not sustainable or "timeless" in the least.

Hi Chih,
The portables we sell are covered under a two year warranty and all warranty claims must be made with the original point of purchase.
If you are outside of the warranty period, you may be able to change the batteries depending on what lamp you have. If you have the Panthella Portable, this is possible at the bottom of the fixture.

I purchased a portable Louis Poulsen lamp from a reputable Canadian retailer, Gabriel Ross, in January 2023. Unfortunately the charging function or battery have stopped working and the light can no longer charge. They did not advise of any option to repair the lamp and simply informed me it is no longer under warranty. I have only used this light carefully indoors in dry conditions and it should not have lasted for a short period of time. The retailer informed me the warranty for this lamp is two years, which is surprising to me given the brand's values of high quality products that are intended not to be replaced easily.
Can you advise if there is any support you can provide with this situation?

Qualität und Design
Ein tolles Einkaufserlebnis. Versand- und Lieferungsdatum wurden bereits bei Bestellung mitgeteilt und eingehalten.
Die Lampen kamen gut verpackt an und der gesamte Prozess war sehr transparent.
Ich bin von den Produkten zudem absolut begeistert und sehr zufrieden mit meiner Kaufentscheidung.
