Would give 0 if possible. Constant errors, issues with the easiest tasks. How could this product make in production!?

It is absolutely unbelievable how they managed to make arrows connecting squares a herculean task. Putting the arrow in the same place will result in it taking a different path every time, not to mention joints randomly appearing.

This is the best diagramming tool that I have used so far. In my opinion, the pricing is justified. Certainly better than Visio. Not sure what all the negative comments are about.

This is an overpriced cloud based software suite that can be replaced by free and opensource programs that can easily be self-hosted by any individual or business.

They raised their yearly pricing both as a base and on a per user basis and their handling of cancellations were less than gracious.

I have been a customer since 2018 and they've done nothing but become more expensive, less responsive and finally you can't even cancel at all! Someone is offering the same exact service FOR FREE and they have a slick import feature also FOR FREE:

The company has unethical business practices--sets up annual recurring payments with no warning, and refuses even a partial refund.

Love the product, but the "Free" plan is not free. Will cost you 108 USD/yr.

Horrible customer service and the website tricks you into paying $180 PER YEAR despite showing a monthly fee until you get to the fine print at the FINAL step.

Be careful. They will use all gimmicks to get you locked for a whole year on their subscription. It's shady and customer support is not helpful at all. Being a good product will not save them from going the same way as Adobe. If you can use Visio

I signed up for the free trial and accidentally signed up for a yearly subscription plan for a team of 5. Paid over $600 for this. I requested a refund for the team plan and requested to pay for a year plan for a single user. They refused to provide a refund and update my access level.

Been with Lucidcharts for many years as a enterprise customer. Just this year, they have raised their pricing per user and changed from monthly to annual. Because we were loyal customers, they offered that we can stay at our current pricing and continue to pay monthly, only if we moved to annual pricing. They are not honoring their agreement. We are being charged at the new rate plus having to pay for the whole year.

1 star is too high for this scamming company. I was not notified they were charging me for TEAM vs. individual plan. I have not logged in for months and they don't provide email notification.

Lucid is a well-built and capable platform no complaints about the functionality itself. However, our experience as an enterprise customer has been frustrating and disappointing in terms of account management and flexibility.

We weren’t looking to cancel we simply wanted to right-size our plan to better reflect our current needs. Instead, we were held to a renewal triggered by fine-print auto-renewal terms, with no willingness to adjust or have a reasonable conversation. For a product positioned at the enterprise level, the lack of flexibility and customer-centricity was surprising.

If you’re looking for a solution that adapts to your business, values long-term customer relationships, and provides meaningful support, I’d strongly suggest exploring other options. The tool itself is strong, but the service behind it simply didn’t meet expectations.

Disgusting company that steals with no shame.

Targets students with a free tier which has a severely restricted usage policy. They block using it after a certain amount of shapes are used and force us to sign up for their 7-Day free trail. The free usage is so restricted that this should never be used by anyone.

This is a virus that spreads through your corporate systems until it affects every PC with its painfully slow and useless features. Just use Excel.
