I was also shocked that they charged me over 100 pounds for the yearly fee when my plan is monthly. It's very misleading. I will complain but it probably will be a waste of time...

Напишу на русском, может кому пригодится. В общем прога не плоха, но разрабы хапуги конкретные. Заблочили приложение всем, в том числе по индивидуальной подписке, оставив только на премиуме, за 400+ евро в год). Мне не жалко, но это борзота на мои вопросы отделались формальными отписками. Да, если кому интересно, то в бесплатной версии они считают до 60 бесплатных фигур, но использовать вы их полностью не сможете, потому-что они считают и стрелки тоже)))))

Any time a company's support page has a link directly to cancel the account at the top of the suggestions and has to put a big notice of no refunds there, it is a giant red flag. I used it for a project last year and forgot I had a membership renewal coming up. They didn't send any email notifications, and just renewed for a year automatically even though I haven't logged into the platform in over 6 months.

Total scam. Ignore requests to cancel, no communication around renewal and no answer to support requests. Only solution i think I'm left with is to close my business account and set up a new one to stop them taking money.

I contacted Lucidchart to request a discount for my new project, valid only for the first year. However, the customer service representative quickly dismissed my request, stating that discounts are not available for single users.

This experience was both disappointing and disheartening, as it clearly showed that Lucidchart is a company focused solely on profit. They could have shown a small gesture of support and courtesy for a new project, but they chose not to.

It is upsetting to see that Lucidchart prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. I find their approach far from customer-oriented and extremely disappointing.

Terrible business practices, total scam of a company, selected the individual plan and it charged me 360 usd, also the no refund policy is a total scam of a policy, they won't tell you when they changed your plan

last night while i working on my project on free plan
however, I accidently got a pop up which offered one click upgrade of my plan immediately charging me 108$ for an annual plan /?? there was no confirmation button or plan details such as monthly or annual
this is absolute Scam
i sent support ticket but they didn't respond yet

They tried to charge me for all the annual plan ($120.00) when I started free trial ...

I've been using Lucidchart for the past 2-3 years, the app is very useful when it comes to making visual diagrams. Today however, I accidently got a pop up which offered 'one-click upgrade' of my plan, immediately charging me £40+. Upon quick Google, they claim to offer no refunds, however I proceeded to contact them and very soon I was refunded. This shows a very good service and customer service of this company, I passed on the feedback and hope they work on it!

Great generic-purpose diagramming tools.
It could be even better with some UI tweaks, for example the possibility to add a row or column in between existing rows in a table, dynamic blocks that display text contained in other blocks, a better grid system for the table layout and others.
I read some negative reviews about the billing method, but i didn't have any problem with that.

So I’m a student and have a free subscription. I was trying to convert my ER diagram to a pdf and was told I could use it for free for a week. I canceled the next day. Yet they charged my Amex $657. And here’s the kicker. I found a better site I had used previously and never even authorized the payment. They had my information from my free subscription id the only thing I can think of.

Again. I am a student. This means my entire month of food budget is gone on a team (!!!) subscription!! What team?? My email address w them is my student email. Can it be any more clear??
Absolute TRASH company.
If a company refuses a refund after less than 24 hours they ARE stealing it. And they know it. I’m so worried about how I’ll get through this raging hot weather with no money. I’m so mad.

Huge scam! Had to block my credit card to stop them scamming me out of more money. Do not use!

This company charge me $59.8 of team plan fee when I choose the individual plan. Big issue of company . Will seeking lawsuit . I comfirm with comfirmation email everything right . This is a totally scamming company!

We use Lucidchart for business. While the product is good, the business practices at Lucid are deceptive and borderline fraudulent.

You can increase your license count (only by lots of 5) instantly online, but if you want to reduce it you have to create a support ticket. Support takes days to respond and do their most to make reductions or refunds close to impossible. I requested a license reduction on our renewal date - 'support' wrote back to me 3 days later saying I was 4 hours into the new month and so therefore could not be refunded.

It's been over a month and this issue is still ongoing. I would highly advise that you avoid using Lucid products.

A truly terrible product. Im blown away by its disfunction and inability of support to provide any solutions to common problems. This product is a nightmare to admin.

Offers you a free trial with 3 templates - sounds good right? So off you go and spend a few hours of your life getting your thoughts ordered, wow this is great, I'll definitely look into this next time I need something professionally and have a budget. Oh, what's that? I've run out of "free shapes" and now I have to pay you a subscription or lose all those hours of work and all the thought ordering I've done. Sneaky. Bad business. Avoid.

Such excellence, I have never paid for anything yet but I have been using lucidchart to design effortless charts for business and I am so delighted! I am grateful. Super grateful. Reward good with good! They have done good! In fact, super well! Hats off! Thank you so much <3 Very grateful. Came on to just write this review. !

Terrible. Happy to take my money, but provide no useful support to enable me to edit my charts.
