They charged me over £400 for a subscription which I never switched got or requested to switch to and they will not issue me a refund

Should be 0 stars. I cancelled my subscription 2 years ago, account shows as free when we login but today I noticed they have been taking money from my account over £240. I remember speaking to someone when I first cancelled and never checked it until today......This is a pure scam!

What a scam. They make people subscribe forever with weird pop up button.

To cancel you have to speak to a person!

I was not able to just cancel my subscription or downgrade it without a support ticket to a person who did not understand, "I don't use it please cancel"! This is not an acceptable business practice in 2024 and one that I would only expect from a diet pill subscription.

Avoid at all costs!

Changed my bank account and they tried to take money from my old account. I didnt realise until suddenly they downgraded me to free. I have several important documents still in development and now they are saying I have to resubscribe. No email to say the payment couldnt be taken. Nothing. And now, to re subscribe, you guessed it, its more money.

What does it take to get a response back from the Lucid Support Team? Paying customer. The login for their IoS product is now broken so cannot log into it. Submitted ticket. Have waited 5 days with no answer. The link to my support ticket no longer works. Really?

You have to give them your kreditcard number to contact the support!!!!!! Is this a bad joke???!!!! I hate it when companies give you an easy entry to their product and then try to scam you with dubious plans and contracts and you could not even contact them!!!! Keep away from this App!!

What a great app and I haven't even purchased anything. Super helpful Interface to create all sorts of diagrams. I have to say a huge thank you to the developers behind this website for making such a friendly interface and easy to navigate application. I have been able to easily create all UML diagrams I have needed for my university modules.

Ripping off people! I already had unsubscribed from their product but they charged me $158 one year after the cancellation. No emails, no invoices, no notifications!

awful service , the application crashes all the time, full of bugs, not at all intuitive

Never use their application. Their system is based on ripping you off. You can never realise that your subscription is still going on, and never cancel it

deceptive in the extreme. you can't delete your payment method, a single clock by accident and then boom you are charged. Such a scam and such a average product.

I set up a single user for their advertised £8 per month. They just took £400 from my account for a while year of team subscription. I'm a sole trader with no intention of having a team. It's such a shame because the product is excellent. They have no refund policy.

They charged me for a whole year even after cancelling the subscription. worst thives of internet. They are stealing hard earned money of many students like me.
Please don't use this platform

Given the previous reviews here and the supposed no-refund policy, I was expecting the worst when I got charged after failing to cancel my 'free' trial. But my experience ended up being great. I filled out the support ticket immediately and was granted a refund on the next work day.

This of course doesn't diminish other people's experiences but if someone ends up in the same boat as I did, there is no need to despair right away.

Charged me for 5 months just like the others. I have opened a dispute with PayPal. Discusting.

Came back to lucid chart and the company suddenly and without warning charged me for a whole year because it still had my card details from a precious one month payment. A whole year! Without telling me. I had to find out from my PayPal history!

Dont take the free trial

most aggravating thing to ever exist. i wanna throw my laptop into the wall, this app is so bad and annoying
