Recently had a claim processed via Lyon’s Davidson. Process was handled very professionally and the status of the claim well proceeded and updated throughout. Craig who was dealing with the case was very professional and kept everything updated to me on a regilar basis. Excellent service.

Excellent Service from Freya at Lyons Davidson
I recently had a claim handled by Lyons Davidson and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Freya, who was in charge of my case, was excellent throughout the entire process. She was always informative, professional, and kept me fully up to date every step of the way.
Any questions I had were answered promptly and clearly, which made what could have been a stressful process much easier. I always felt reassured that my case was being handled properly and efficiently.

I would like to give massive thanks to Kai Downey, the handler of my case dealt with my claim after the Road accident. He was very helpful with providing me adequate information to enable me to make the best decision, and he is very quick in responding my emails. He is patient, approachable and very friendly. The case has been over a year when he took over from the previous handler, and since the problems got resolved in reasonable time and I have now received the compensation. I really appreciate his effort and help for my case. Thank you.

The person I dealt with all the time, Shannon Fairhurst was very easy to speak to and helped me understand the process all the way through. She helped with things I wasn't sure about and understood my situation. I feel I would have gave up if I had not had her support having not dealt with anything like this before. Very pleasant indeed.
