A calming and settling experience from…
A calming and settling experience from start to finish as a result of Freya’s guidance and support. The communication has been excellent and any additional questions were responded to quickly. Claim handler was brilliant
Jade McLean was assigned to handle my case. These things always take time but it was worth the wait to be resolved. From start to finish any email or questions I had were always answered promptly and she never left me unsure of what was going on. I’ve had full trust in her and she done an amazing job sorting out my case for me. Extremely satisfied is an understatement.

Freya Simpson was my allocated individual to handle my personal injury claim.
From the very first contact she was professional but also friendly and eager to ensure that I understood the process etc
She treated me with the utmost respect and was timeous in reporting communication with the other lawyers
Her advice and reason behind it was succinct and Freya always ensured that I understood the reasoning behind the offers.

Great experience with this firm. Excellent work from Kai Downey who always kept me informed of what was happening. I never had to chase anything up as I was always kept in the loop. From very first time I spoke to Jade, she was very friendly, polite and most helpful & sincere.
Jade always kept me informed on outcome of my claim, nothing was every issues when I contact her, she got back to me straight away, she got me the best outcome for my claim, I would recommend Jade, to everybody, I didn't have to do nothing Jade done all for me,

Abbie was responsive and helpful…
Abbie was responsive and helpful picking up my case from a previous colleague and was able to bring my case to a satisfactory conclusion, claims do take a lot of time, the incident was 5 March 2024. I would have preferred not to have been in the crash in the first place!
